Great home for your family vacation! Located in the popular Island Park community on the west end of Ocean Isle, this home features 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and sits in a quiet little neighborhood close to the waterway and just minutes away from the beach. Large outdoor shower. Sit on the front porch and watch the kids play in a large open area with plenty of room to play games or ride bikes. Step towards the back yard to find the community dock if you choose to do some fishing or kayaking at high tide. When the crew is ready for a break from the beach, this home is just a few houses away from two community pools - perfect for cooling off after a long day at the beach. All TV's offer cable and streaming services. Fully stocked kitchen. Bring your own linens (sheets * bath towels) or we can provide contact info for linen rental service. Paper products (paper towels and toilet paper) NOT provided.

Clean, spacious and owner was amazing!
We have a super fun stay with family and friends! We had a minor issue with the refrigerator but the owners and property manager were quick and responsive. The house was clean and close to the beach.

Annual Family Vaca
Great beach house in a perfect location for a low key family oriented vacation. The house accommodated our large group and was in close proximity (short walk or golf cart ride) to the beach. There are pools as well and many things to do nearby or within a short drive if you want more action. Personally, we loved where we were. There was a learning curve on our end - should have reserved a golf cart before our trip as none were available but it really posed no issue as everything is so close. Owner was very responsive to the few inquiries I had and check in/out process was seamless. Overall just a great experience and we will definitely return to the area and hope to stay in the same home.

We had a wonderful experience at the beach house. There was plenty of room for all of us, to eat meals together, cook together in the kitchen and the kids had lots of rooms to play in!

Great Place for Families
Absolutely loved this place! We had our family of 9 and it was just a short walk to the beach. The house was great and location was good. The only downfall was no linens, towels, or hand towels at the sinks. Also only 2 trash bags provided. This was a bit of a hassle to pack up our entire home to take with us, but we live and learn what items to remember to bring extra of to prevent additional trips to the store while on vacation.
