Enjoyed staying directly on the beach. Parking is 1st come, 1st serve. But it was a pleasant stay and we will be returning in a few months.

Not as bad as I expected
My stay was better than expected. After readin all of the horrible reviews I went anyway with low expectations. I stayed for 4 nights and service was wonderful. The only problems I had was the mold smell from the carpet and the low water pressure from the shower head. The hotel staff came right away and used arm and hammer baking soda, as I suggested, to spread on the carpet. Then she vacuumed it so it was a little better. Overall, it was okay.

This property is located at the end of the OC Maryland boardwalk. Beautiful view. Would 100% stay here again. Only problem was parking was hard to come by.

Actually was not a bad place. Some reviews left me a little worried but both rooms were clean and had no odor. Conveniently a few steps from the board walk and beach access. I would stay here again.

There was black mold all over the ceiling and on the pipes underneath the sink. The carpet felt wet and when you walked on it in your barefeet, there was sand and other dirt left on your feet. The blinds were torn and only partially covered the windows. Lightbulb was burnt out on the sink vanity light fixture.

It was average. It is an older motel and room did have a sort of musty smell but we were there to visit the ocean, not the room anyway. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean just old. We saw absolutely NO bugs whatsoever which was very important to us. Overall good stay. Would go back.

Liked that it was ocean front, the price was not bad. How ever the pictures you see are in no way the real thing. The rooms are not very clean, no vacuum was ever ran, big stains in the carpet. The air conditioning does not remove the humidity so the bed, your clothing, and everything including yourself is constantly wet feeling. Overall I don't think I would recommend it.

The motel was close to attractions which was wonderful, the workers were very friendly and the views from the room was amazing. The pool was extremely cold which made it difficult to enjoy, there was alot of smoking on the balconies and curtains were too small allowing in alot of light. Overall it was a nice place.

It was okay
The room was clean. Could have more amenities such as a blower dryer. The outside of the hotel was dirty. And the pool was only open until 8pm where most stay open to 10pm. Overall it sufficed for the three nights.

Upon arrival we were able to park the car and walk about the city until our room was ready. When we finally got into the room, after 3 flights of questionable stairs, we had to walk over towels and chairs left by other guests all in on the shared balcony walkway, the room was dated but clean. The beds were the smallest full size bed, with three pillows in each bed and the thinnest covering and sheet. Not enough towels as well and she made it clear there would be 4 adults. Through the night, guests could be heard yelling and screaming on the patio into about 3 am with no staff in sight asking them to keep it down. Never staying here again, could have found a better place for the same money.

Beachfront access
This is a motel, and slightly dated looking. However, much cleaner than other motels and hotels have stayed at. That said, amenities are not what you find at a bigger hotel but this was beachfront access and right at the end of the boardwalk. Everything was in walking distance and super convenient. Would stay here again.
