The main bedroom has a king size bed and the attached bath has been updated. The second bedroom has a unique sleeping arrangement with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top bunk style bed. Both bedrooms have TV's. The second bedroom is across the hall from the second updated bathroom. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and free Wi-Fi. * This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and building.
* Sorry, no pets.
* This unit is not rented to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. Individuals or groups must all be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
