Great location!
The place did not have curb appeal but when we walked inside it smelled clean and looked great! Awesome walks to Northside Park with dogs. We appreciate staying at a dog friendly home. Restaurants close by as well. Will definitely consider for next year!

Good location - home needs help
Review for 120 Pine Tree Rd, Ocean City, MD The best thing about this property is its location. Walking distance to the beach, Northside Park, Food and drink was what we were after. The property condition however, left quite a bit to be desired. And I am doubtful this property would pass inspection to earn an Occupancy Permit from the County. Vacasa should think twice about representing this property. Among the issues we encountered: • There were multiple outlets and switches literally hanging out of the wall – including in a bedroom obviously intended for children (the one with the bunk bed), and another right next to the kitchen sink – these are obvious code violations, that will be reported to the County. • The floor looked fairly new but was very much like the ocean – very wavy (as in NOT FLAT OR LEVEL…….AT ALL). Multiple places are trip hazards, and I could see an elderly person being at risk just walking around this place. • There are no windows in this property. Window sashes have been removed and replaced with storm windows both inside and out. It’s no wonder the AC doesn’t cool the place when it’s hot outside. Also a possible code violation. • Wall hangings are not actually hung. Two different things fell off the wall while we were there. One landed softly – and I hung it back up – but it was just a screw in the wall supporting the frame – no hook, no wire. The other I brushed up against and caught before it hit the floor. I didn’t hang it back up because it had obviously hit the floor and broken before we got there. And again – no hanging wire or hook to actually keep it on the wall. I put it under the TV. • Why provide an iron but no ironing board? • Ants on the kitchen counter were relentless. Delivering extra ant bait/traps during our stay was appreciated – but really an unacceptable condition. • Doors throughout the space were not properly hung. Both Bedroom doors would not latch without forcefully pulling them closed. The MBR bathroom door could only be closed by forcing it shut. • The front bedroom has a day bed/bunk bed with drawers underneath. Unfortunately, the bed is set right over the only vent in the room so there is no airflow in this room making it very uncomfortable. • I noticed about ½ way through our stay that the ceramic planter on the coffee table was cracked. We never touched it or moved it during our stay. • There was no welcome or instruction document in the space sharing info about local amenities or when trash

Great decor and location poor condition
What a sunny and topically pretty little house. Convenient location. Wonderful neighborhood with two terrific pools and a bit of a walk to the beach. The issue was that the condition of the unit, despite being clean and cute, was poor. The floors are literally like waves in the living room. They are rolling hills of lofted underlayment. The electrical outlets are almost all uncovered and or installed incorrectly. The light to the outside, near the slider, won’t work and seems dangerously wired wrong. The interior doors don’t latch well and won’t stay closed. There is water damage around the shower ceiling corners in the master. It often had a musty smell when we came back from being out and about. The microwave over the range doesn’t work so there is another microwave on the counter. It needs thorough safety repairs on the electrical and the floors need to be torn up and the subfloor replaced and any water and other issues need to be addressed. In addition, just an FYI, there are no paper products, cleaning supplies (dish liquid or dishwasher tabs included) or garbage bags supplied so bring your own. I would stay there again if the price was cut in half or full price if the repairs are made.

Nice location, pets allowed, ongoing renovations and pests
This property was specifically chosen for its proximity to Northside Park (walking distance), and that it allowed up to 2 dogs (must have). The photos online match the property in general. It has been renovated with new appliances (fridge was one of the smaller models though) and furnishings (some still had tags on them), but it appears there is still some work left to be done as the electrical outlets are not completely attached to the wall and there was no power to the new microwave (second microwave on the counter did work). No doors to cover the washer/dryer units however, so the noise carried into the living spaces. The beds were comfortable and having linens included was a plus. The bunk beds in the front room were placed over the A/C vents, so that room was HOT - it needs a fan or the beds need to be re-situated. There was limited storage for non-cold/frozen food items, so we had to store them on the table, which meant dining was done in the living spaces. The floors were noticeably wavy - you literally go up and down as you move across them. Trip once (we had no falls luckily) and you know to watch your step from then on. The outside covered deck was a nice feature, although we didn't have the opportunity to use it. The one troublesome issue that we had recurringly was the ANTS in the kitchen. Traps had been set throughout the unit (bedrooms too) but either needed to be replaced or the ants had outsmarted them. Would stay here again as long as the ants and other nuisance items are addressed.

Clean and good location, but not worth the price
I appreciate this property is pet friendly so that my dog can come with us. The location is good, we can walk to a commercial shopping center, and beach. It is very quiet during the night. However this property has two major issues: the AC is not powerful enough, when outside is around 90 degree, the inside I reached 82 even the AC is on all the time. The second is that the electrical connectivity. The Microwave is not working because the outlet has no power, and almost 80% of the power outlets are not well secured or covered. We are disappoint with this property.
