Love this hotel but they did overcharge me and when I sent screeenshots to the manager email they never got back to me. I had to dispute with my credit card company directly. I’ll be back bc it’s the nicest hotel in the area and overall great service but I am pretty dissatisfied that they did not get back to me. It’s been 2 weeks.

The staff was amazing. They consistently checked in on us, whether it was by a phone call or a text. Housekeeping checked in daily to see what we needed. All staff were extremely nice and very helpful. I loved my stay and will definitely stay again!

The awesome immediately started when working with Alex at the front desk. Alex cares about her customers and provided outstanding service on every level. The remainder of the staff were also extremely friendly! Our room was perfect for our stay! My wife and I could not ask for a better stay!

Loved location to everything. Staff was great we got there early was able to check in early. Everthing clean. View amazing. If i had to say anything balcony pretty small but when you have a view like that, can you really complain.

The access from the main strip to the parking garage is poorly marked and leads into a thin, tight alley. The staff was very friendly and once checked in, the room afforded a beautiful view of the ocean and boardwalk.
