Elegant Oceanfront Hideaway!

Beautifully decorated two bed, two bath, 15th floor beachfront unit in the Atlantis condominium at 10300 Coastal Hwy. Takes exactly 32 seconds to walk from the elevators to the beach :-) Every detail - incredibly comfortable beds and furniture, modern, spacious kitchen with huge concrete countertop, three TVs, Wifi, full size washer/dryer and a huge pool. The entire front of the condo has large windows that open and overlook the beach. You will hear seagulls and waves; you will not hear traffic or neighbors. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sun rise from your front window bar and watch it set over the bay from your rear window. North OC is a fairly quiet area where you can still walk to almost anything you'd like to do. Kids are very welcome! Check out our similar unit in the same building - VRBO #2241879.

Another Great Trip!
This was our 2nd stay this year We chose the condo for the location, but it won us over for many reasons. It's beautifully decorated, the layout is perfect, impeccably clean, well appointed and the host provides excellent communication and service. Last but not least, the price is reasonable as well. Great Condo
The Condo is beautiful. We would recommend staying here. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. We were there for a long weekend and everything was great. The bed was comfortable, and the set-up for everything is great. This was our 1st time using VRBO. We will try to plan a longer trip for next year. The Hosts Steve & Karyn were wonderful in responding to our communications.

Condo was nice, clean and well furnished. We had a great time. The only negative was some of the vertical blinds in the master bedroom were broken or missing which allowed sunlight into the bedroom in the morning. They need to be fixed/replaced.

It was a lovely condo on the 15th floor of the Atlantis. My wife and I enjoyed spending our birthday weekend there. We had a fantastic view. It was very quiet. We loved hearing the sound of the ocean and being able to walk to it. The owner was very accessible by VRBO messaging. Overall, it was a wonderful weekend. We hope to stay there again in the future.

The property had absolutely everything you need, except your beach towel. Close to everything and the biggest pool I’ve stayed at so far. The kitchen had absolutely everything including an air fryer! We will be back!

Beautiful condo and a great location
The condo was exactly as the pictures show. Every morning we watched MANY dolphins swim by and the sunrise was visible from the master bedroom. I wasn't sure about the lack of an open air balcony, and I still don't know what I think about it, but it was nice to sit there in the morning and have a coffee. I did miss having space in the condo that allowed me to step outside and enjoy the weather. My teenage son wasn't able to enjoy beach activities since he had wrist surgery just the week prior, so he was able to utilize that room to keep busy and still enjoy the view of the beach. Steve (the owner) was immediately available when I contacted him the day we arrived and discovered the WiFi wasn't working. He provided a solution quickly. There was a supply of household items (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc.) for us already there which allowed me to reduce how much I had to pack or buy. Stores and restaurants are all a quick drive away. The bus stops right in front of the building so we were able to take that to the boardwalk instead of driving down and trying to find parking. Overall this is a fantastic place to stay and it served my family of 5 well.

Our family of 5 stayed 2 nights as we were making our way from Oklahoma. Steve was the perfect host and made sure we had all the info we needed. The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. The beach was easily accessible. Highly recommend!
