The rates changed as soon as i tried to book nearly 100 dollars above advertised price. Parking was a little tough. Check in was easy accept i had to pay an additional 9 dollar resort service fee on yop of the exorbitantfees i already paid theough expedia to book. Room was clean but dated and in need of minor repairs. Beds extremely hard.

Toilet stopped working on the first night. When I phoned the front desk at 5:30, I was told that the toilet would not be fixed till after 8am the next morning. With 6 females in the room, they didn't care. Then, the toilet paper holder broke off the wall. Maintenance didn't show up till 9am the next day to fix both issues. Later that day, my daughter got stuck in the bathroom because the door plate screws were stripped and fell out, causing the door to jam. The metal plate actually got stuck in between the door and the door frame. We had to body slam the door open to get my child out of the bathroom. Knowing that there were 6 guests staying in the room, house keeping only left one sample size bottle of shampoo and conditioner, with 4 towels. Granted, when I asked for extra towels and toiletries for the bathroom, they were happy to provide. The staff were pleasant, which helped. Overall, I do not think I would stay here again. A non working toilet without an emergency maintenance staff seemed odd. Having to go to the mainfloor in the middle of the night to use a working toilet was a major inconvenience.

Great Ocean City vacation.
Very nice spacious room very clean. Great view from the nice balcony. Pull out couch to sleep on wasn't exactly in the greatest of shape but that's the only problem we had. Would definitely go back. Excellent location very good staff

Clean property, great view (we had the partial sea view!). This property was great for if you have little ones and want to stay on a more quiet area of the boardwalk. It is a bit of a walk to the attractions but the beach is a few steps away!

This properties location was very convenient to everything around us. It accommodated very well to the children with the two pool locations being on the boardwalk for us was very nice and seeing the beach from our balcony was huge plus with children. Will definitely stay again!

Definitely not worth what we paid. Most of the staff were foreign and could not communicate. Bathtub drained very slow and unable to soak in bath. Restaurant closed at 8 pm and 9 on weekend. Which is rediculous at a beach hotel.

It is a great place to stay staff are always kind & accommodating they treated us great at checkin at the pool bar and the place is definitely clean been returning to them yearly plan on next year as well. Just an FYI we stay a week and never have an issue!!! They are our go to place 😊

Room dirty. Roll away bed had no linens… had to ask several times for sheets. Matress was stained and ripped. They refused to bring a replacement. None of the doors in the room closed properly… almost like they were not square with frames. Had to pull or push hard to get them closed. It was a complete hassle to borrow a hair dryer. The manager finally intervened after 3 attempts.
