It's all about the view! Two balconies with incredible ocean and bay views! This unique split level floor plan features a private entry level king primary bedroom with ocean front floor to ceiling windows. The comfortable living area with sleeper sofa is located downstairs where you'll find the large ocean front balcony. The kitchen area provides seating for 6 to enjoy meals in. You won't want to miss the spectacular Assawoman Bay sunsets from the balcony of 2nd bedroom. The primary full bath is located directly outside the bedroom door. Both full baths are equipped with tub and shower. Both bedrooms and living area have new carpet for the 2024 season. The Century I condominium building conveniently located close to grocery retail and a department store dine-in and carry-out restaurants the public library and several places of worship. Everything you would need is within walking distance for your Ocean City Maryland beach vacation.

Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

Beautiful views

Loved being ocean front and the ease of setting up for a day at the beach. Kids loved using the pool as well. Master bed was very comfortable. Blinds however would fall every time opening or closing them every day and the coffee maker is borderline broken. Dishwasher was broken our entire week except for the last day. Besides that we loved it! Thank you!

EVERYTHING OLD AND NOT UPDATED - CHEAP, DEPRESSING JUST PLAIN SAD. WAS CLEANED BUT STILL HAS DIRTY CARPET AND OLD KITCHEN CABINETS, APPLIANCES ETC PLASTIC FURNITURE JUST CHEAP AND SAD. NOIT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. (IT ALL NEEDS TO BE UPDATED! - INCL THE BUILDING)

Great choice for the price!!!

The condo was AMAZING!! It was plenty of space for my family to spread out. We really enjoyed our stay! We did have an issue when we got there, the cleaning people must have dead bolted it which we didn't have a key for but the property management came right over and got us in. There was a huge stain on carpet when we got in there, but I understand that some things are hard to clean and it was in a spot that didn't bother me so much so I didn't complain. Overall it was amazing and perfect. And huge! The security guard of the building also took a family photo for us. It was a very safe building. We will be coming back!
