The hotel needs some TLC- the rugs were dirty- the a/c kept making noise and the room was not cold enough even when I lower the temp- the key pad kept failing had to get the change several times - was not to impress with the breakfast

It was a very comfortable hotel room. Mattresses were great. Bathroom was super clean. Unfortunately the carpets were not very clean in the hallways and the entry waiting area had worn out furniture. Breakfasts were adequate.

Breakfast was pretty bad. The selections were limited, the quality was rather poor, the waffle-maker was broken, and they were completely out of coffee. But, the hotel itself is nice.

Hot water heater broke down. As a local resident- I simply checked into this hotel which was convenient to my house and I-75. The beds were very comfortable and room was quiet.

Ok for an overnight stay
Comfortable for an overnight stay. The hotel is very tired and could definitely do with a refresh, however the beds were comfortable, the towels were clean and the water was hot. Such a shame that all the plates. cups and cutlery were disposable.... Not at all good for our planet!!! Also, the lady who worked in the breakfast room could have done with being a bit happier! Front desk staff were polite and cheerful.

Well the room was ok. A little outdated but ok. My problem is with the morning breakfast. The lady doing the breakfast. Put forth, no effort and making Anything good! Seriously, who puts pork egg rolls out for a breakfast item?? Probably won't be staying at this hotel again. The room rates are reasonable, but maybe you should charge more so that you could provide a proper breakfast for the guests. Or maybe just hire someone who cares...
