Nice location, very nice and helpful staff. The building and rooms are a little worn around the edges so the price seems a little high for the condition. Its clean, the room was clean and tidy, but they definitely need to do some repairs.

This Motel is in a very good location close to everything ...very quite rooms ...breakfast in the morning is a plus including the young lady who serves this ..my only request would be lower rates .

My refrigerator was broken. They came and fixed it, but then overnight it froze all of the groceries I have bought for the swim meet the next day. When I took a shower, the towels had grass on them. The phone wasn’t working, so I had to dry myself with a washcloth walk downstairs to get towels. The rooms smelled like they were filled with perfume to cover smoking. After talking with management, they told me there was nothing they could do for me because I reserved it on Expedia except have me join the rewards program and give me points. Honestly, I don’t care about points at this hotel or any other best Western at this point because I had such a terrible experience. The location was very convenient for where I was going, so I did appreciate that and it’s proximity to the highway.

The room was clean and the location was easy to find in a convenient location. Although while staying there the water heater broke and was not able to be fixed for a whole day which was inconvenient.

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was cold. Which we like. I enjoy hot showers. The hot water from the shower never got over Luke warm.

The room was apparently clean but everything smelled bad, the pillows, the armchair, everything. It was a huge noise because I think the windows are not airtight. I asked to change rooms and they told me that they had none available and in reality I only saw two or three guests in the two nights that I stayed.
