The pyjamas provided were not very comfortable. Why do they not provide the yukata, which is common for ryokans of this class? Also, the lack of towels in the bathing area was not convenient. Breakfast buffet was good. We did not use the dinner buffet. However, the cafe for a lighter meal turned out to be the best option for us., with wonderful service by the man who ran the entire cafe on his own.

バイキングの品数が少ない。 部屋の畳の棘が刺さりやすい。 展望露天風呂のアメニティが少ない。 シャンプーバーが嬉しい。 フルーツやスイーツが美味しい。 新聞が自由に読めていい。 子供が遊ぶスペースが素晴らしい。 昔の車が置いてあって、子供が喜ぶ。 景色が素晴らしい。 お菓子のガチャガチャみたいなのが楽しくていい。 駐車場が近くていい。 大浴場と脱衣所にアメニティが多くて嬉しい。 子供用アメニティが嬉しい。 甚平が着やすい。 大浴場最高。

フロントの対応、電話の対応が悪い
子供が車椅子なので　到着した際　専用駐車場が空いていたのを確認し　雪が積もっていたので　正面玄関に車を置き　先に荷物と子供を降ろしてからと思っていたら　その間に老夫婦が専用駐車場に停めてしまい　フロントに専用駐車場が空いていないのですが　他にありませんか？と聞いたところ、『空いてませんか？そうですか！』で終了でした。ちなみに　その老夫婦は　普通に歩いてました。駐車場の誘導している方　何故⁉️車椅子を利用してる方を優先では無かったのでしょう… 残念です。

ふわふわ遊具があり、滞在中何度も遊びに行きました。子供が飽きずに過ごせて良かったです。家族風呂の予約も取れて、ゆっくりお風呂も楽しめました。部屋も広く、夕食も朝食もまた食べたいなと思う位美味しかったです！
