From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out with their warmth and helpfulness. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations, or simply checking in to ensure my stay was perfect What truly sets this hotel apart is its mission to give back to the local community. A portion of their profits goes toward educational initiatives for children in Oaxaca, so staying here felt like contributing to something meaningful. Breakfast was another highlight—each morning I was greeted with a delicious, healthy spread featuring fresh, local ingredients. It was the perfect way to start the day. Hotel con Corazón is more than just a place to stay; it’s a socially and environmentally conscious haven where you feel truly cared for. I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone visiting Oaxaca!

We stayed here during our trip this recent August. And the staff was great! We actually also got engaged during this trip and they went out of their way to make us feel special. All the staff was friendly and the hotel has this honesty culture that really works. You can borrow umbrellas, take a drink from the fridge and it just makes you feel at home. Would definitely stay again!

The location is good, the staff is friendly. Breakfast delicious and well balanced. I really recommend if you are coming to La Guelaguetza festival, really close to the auditorium.
