Very nice location in San Leandro, close enough to Oakland and San Francisco right on the bay. Staff were courteous and polite. Room was quiet enough (stayed 4 nights) without being disturbed, but it is also in a quiet neighbourhood, despite proximity to the Oakland airport. A golf course is right across the street. Some cons would be paying extra for parking and not having a proper breakfast bar. I would say the food provided is good enough and there is a room fridge to stock your own provisions. I did not use the pool or hot tub as they closed by 9pm and I was never back earlier than 10 any given night. I think the pricing could be lower as well but maybe thats not possible.

Mona at the desk was wonderful. I wanted to give her a call due to the loud neighbors up late. They could have been more considerate we felt; they made it difficult to sleep.would have liked to leave window open but too noisy neighbors.

The hot tub have a broken jets and the lift is inop for ADA chair and the Wifi is lousy in my room 122 and just online signal. Breakfast i use to look forward to there but now it turned into a Continental breakfast bring back the old ways

We were in Oakland for a big family event for the weekend. We booked a total of 4 rooms. The front desk staff was gracious enough that our rooms were close. Check in was easy, the rooms were clean. Enjoyed the area. We had easy access to everywhere we wanted to go, a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The continental breakfast and coffee were great additions and everyone loved getting the freshly baked cookies during the evening. It was also very nice being right next to the water. We all loved staying at this quaint spot.
