Review
It's hard to rate the property since we did not stay. After a brief walk-through, we discovered hair in the toilet bowl and hair on the desk in the living space. Unfortunately, we did not take any photos. The listing listed a/c. There are two wall units, in the living space and primary bedroom. The temperatures for the weekend were in the 90's. After sending, Sid a message we would pay for the one night, but would like a refund. He said it was too late to cancel the reservation.

Will be perfect with some attention
We took a chance on this new rental with no reviews because we were offered a discount. Everything about the property was wonderful, with one exception...it needs to be cleaner. This is something the host can easily rectify, and if they do, this will definitely be a 5 star rental. Location was perfect - quiet, with quick and easy access to both Oakland and SF. We greatly appreciated being able to park in garage and the living spaces were great (although we didn't use the hot tub). Good wifi and we were really happy to have the AC and laundry. Our only complaint is about the cleanliness. The kitchen appliances needed to be cleaned, particularly the fridge. The bathroom needs a thorough deep cleaning. We had to do some cleaning ourselves when we got there, but plastic toilet seats just cannot be cleaned well. A very noticeable odor remained, which made the bathroom feel a bit gross to use. The couches and chairs had noticeable stains on them, as well as some of the linens. But with a good deep clean, this place will be just perfect and we would definitely stay again.
