It is very old. The carpet,paint, ect is falling apart. The room smells awful. The bed is typical hard bed for a hotel. The pillows were very lumpy and hard. I am grateful i brought my own pillow. The place was cheap so you get what you pay for. The staff was friendly and helped us check in. It suited our needs for the one night. But i probably would not stay there again.

Affordable and comfortable plus free breakfast
Staff is very nice and helpful. Only issue I had was the wash machine and dryer was eating my quarters and then stoped working everything else was great breakfast was good with a variety of options and the make your own waffles machine was excellent my daughter woke up just to get breakfast every morning she loves the giant waffles and the juice. Staff was nice and helpful and so was room service. clean no bugs everything works tv, ac, heater, shower and tub and sinks, toilet. Stayed for a week and staying another

No second visit.
My wife and I was surprised by some of the people that were staying there. The reps at the check in was very helpful and friendly. So was the breakfast attendant. The hallway carpet was dirty. Our room was clean and we were very happy for that. The elevator was very slow with buttons that doesn't light up and there was only one ice machine on the 2nd floor. We were disappointed.

This is probably one of the filthiest hotels I have ever stayed in. The elevator probably wouldn’t even pass an inspection, the door grinds every time it opens and closes. Inside it like a ghetto scarred graffiti walls, when you got of the elevator there was giant of trash next the elevator. The hall carpet was filthy and complete frayed. With large gray stains everywhere. I took photos. In the food area they had run to home extension cords across the bottom of the wall to get to the toaster and refrigerator side. They were 16-18 gauge wire that might be rated at max 600 watts. That cord came out of the tv with another extension cords stretching across. Kitchen device are supposed to be all 15-20 amp 3 prong ground-fault install outlets for safety. It has a large drain pipe by the front that is giant trip hazard. Does Barry Diller ever stay there. It is on one of the dirtiest street I’ve seen, at one place there must of been 500 black rubber gloves in one spot. Also it was lined with giant concrete blocks to keep abandoned cars and motorhomes from parking, full of homeless people asking for money and trash on the whole street. Your photo of the la Quinta must be another decade. I asked if it was safe to walk a block to the Burger King the counter person said not at night. What else do you want to know, I was gone all day from 8am to 6pm without a do not disturb sign on the door and no one clean the room or replace the towels. (I ran out of room to write)1500 isn’t enough let
