It was a “renovated” room that smelled like pee anytime the heater came on. The ceiling was falling apart in the bathroom. The first room they put me in, the ac/heat didn’t work and neither did phones!

Parking isn’t free, $40 per day. There’s parking outside the hotel but it’s at your own risk. The gate to exit never worked so we had to press the call button to have it opened each time we wanted to exit, they never checked to see if we had paid parking so basically paid for 4 nights of parking for no reason.

New Year’s Stay
We stayed to see the SF fireworks across the bay and we got a room with a great view. Luckily, there was no fog. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the service and food was terrific.
