Built to be above it all, and thoughtfully updated in recent years , this elevated Postmodern treehouse is a perfect blend of modernist architecture combined with rustic design elements, comfortable furniture, and thoughtful décor throughout.

LIVING ROOM
Stay inside to enjoy the postmodern design. The grand room boasts 20'+ beamed ceiling, gorgeous rock fireplace and a cozy step down corner retreat to enjoy the views from the stunning large windows. The living area includes two sitting areas, comfortable sofas, a cozy wood fireplace, smart TV, music system, games, art plus more.

DINING ROOM/KITCHEN
On the other side of the fireplace sits a rustic modern dining area flanked by more windows on one side and a stocked open concept kitchen on the other. From all the essentials for a home-cooked meal (pots, pans, utensils, etc) to a combo Keurig/Drip Coffee Maker, you will feel right at home.

BEDROOMS/BATH
The bedrooms are a perfect retreat at the end of the day. There is a King bed in the master bedroom on the main floor with an adjoined ensuite. Up a circular staircase are two bedrooms and a bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed and sofa/bed combo. Bedroom #3 is our whimsical jack-a-lope layer with a queen bed and playful décor.

OUTDOORS + HOT TUB
Our wraparound deck is the perfect place to immerse yourself in nature with comfortable outdoor furniture, propane firepit, BBQ Grill and a new HOT TUB. Enjoy morning coffee and quality time with family and friends while taking in the stunning panoramic mountain and pine forest views and the sounds of nature are all around. A variety of wildlife including deer, wild turkeys, rabbits and other native bird/animal species are abound.

GAMEROOM
The garage has been converted into a game room retreat with a convertible pool/air hockey table, darts, corn hole, comfortable seating, sound system and more for fun and entertainment with friends and family.

EV CHARGER
For the growing EV community, we have an on demand level 2 EV charger. Usage instructions will be provided upon check-in

For those who choose to be connected, we have high speed internet and a Smart TV/Roku to enjoy your favorite apps.

PLEASE NOTE
The driveway is very steep and may need a 4WD vehicle when wet and chains in snow. Alternately, we have the ability to park at the bottom of hill with a walking path to the house (More Pictures Coming Soon)
