The property was OK. It is very spacious and a nice view of the town from above. But the downfall is supplies and some of the conditions. The living room couches were very worn out and the ceiling appeared to have water damage. The fireplace was non functional according to the rental company. It only had a heater/ AC unit 2 rooms, the living room and 1 bedroom. It did get warm but not very regulated so we were constantly messing with it. There were no cleaning supplies to clean up afterwards, like a broom or counter spray. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper and no napkins. The towels were dinghy’s well. The driveway was flooded and we could only park in one spot to avoid stepping water. The quietness was wonderful though. I think if the owner put a little more effort in it, could be pretty nice. The property manager was awesome.

At a glance the house looked beautiful & was large enough for 3 families. However (disclaimer we arrived 2 hours early after getting approval the house was ready), there were many hazards we found. Starting from the furthest bedroom to the right with a full bath: there was a large leak under the sink, the drains smelled like stagnated sewage water and the bed was missing screws & was unsteady. The room straight across with a single bed was good aside from a large mysterious stain on the wall. In the adjacent room (also a single bed) we found a rusty razor on the bed, butter knife in the closet along with trash. The main bathroom in the hallway had no issues aside from the same lingering smell of dirty water. The kitchen was spacious but lacked handles on cupboards, had a badly place dish washer that looked to be falling apart. It other wise had a good microwave, fridge and basic cutlery. The livingroom was cozy with a fireplace but couches had trash between the cushions. There was large room with a pool table that was great with multiple unfolding couch-beds. The bedroom upstairs however continued the pattern of the previous bedrooms- the sink table top was broken and sunken in & again the bath smelled. The appliances were no improvement. The washing machine leaked outside and the dryer took multiple cycles to dry a single load. The outdoor grill was barely functional and all, but 4, of the outlets were loose & unusable. Sadly I out of room on this review. Hope this helps.

The location is good and what is extremely unacceptable is the cleaning conditions, it is very bad, you expect to get to rest in a clean bed but it is the opposite, dirty sheets with hair and stains from having been used or not changed for clean ones, it is a big frustration, the bathroom drain was clogged and we reported it but no one came to fix it, dirty bathroom and floors

This is the most dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. Even the towel had some bad smell. The bathroom is also not safe and the front door was broken. I don’t know how they are doing business.

I asked for 2 beds and they said it wasn't in the reservations. But it was. I noticed another person asking why didn't they get their 2 beds. The pictures must have been taken when they first open or the photoshopped. Hair dryer didn't work, coffee machine didn't work. I just stayed a night but the place needs help.
