OAK ISLAND MEMORIES is exactly that great memories you will have with friends and kfamily! This 4 bedroom 2 bath directly on the oceanfront where you will enjoy endless views of the ocean or hop off the deck and put your toes in the sand. The house boasts an open and inviting living area with smart Tv in every bedroom and family room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies you need.

There are 2 bedrooms downstairs include upgraded luxury pillowtop mattresses. The master bedroom has a king bed and right outside the door is a full bath. Bedroom 2 on the this floor has a twin over full bunk bed which can accommodate 3 people. On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms both queen with a full bath in the middle. The house has a new HVAC unit. There is high speed Internet (WiFi) throughout the house as well. Enjoy time on the back deck and listen to the waves crash. For those hot days, enjoy the cool shaded sitting sitting area. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off the sand from a fun day at the beach.

There are plenty of activities in the area if enjoying the beach isn't the only thing you want to do. The town of Oak Island has tennis, pickle-ball, and basketball courts. You can also play on the soccer or baseball field or take the little ones to the splash pad. If you like to fish, it's a great place to surf fish right out your back door, head 2 miles to the pier, or try your luck on the inter-coastal waterway. There are 30 golf courses within a 45 minute drive of the island. 15 minutes away is Southport which has been voted the "Happiest Coastal Town" in the US and has great shopping and restaurants.

Perfect!

Booked this home based all the praise reports of cleanliness and I was not disappointed. The home is perfect. All the kitchen items we needed for seafood boil, pizza night, morning coffee, etc. Beautiful view of the ocean. We had the best time celebrating family, a birthday and simply life in general. Highly recommend.

Incredible experience

I would HIGHLY recommend! We had a wonderful time, and everything was neat and clean (given it's a beach house, it's very impressive). We loved the deck overlooking the ocean, and the walk to the beach was very short. We had a toddler who we were chasing around, and the house was well designed for them. I plan to come back!

Wonderful property

We had a great stay. The living area and kitchen were surprisingly roomy. The decks were perfect for enjoying the view. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi kept going out and had to be reset several times each day. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and plenty of plates and silverware. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect in every way!

We absolutely loves our stay at this beautiful, spacious home right on the beach! Very clean, adequately equipped with essentials, and great communication with owner. Loads of bonus beach supplies that were not listed (extra bonus). At times we felt like we had the beach to ourselves- great for families! Will definitely be returning! Only suggestion as a mom with young kids- its an awesome bonus when a high chair and removable gate for steps is supplied. 10/10 recommend this home!

We had such a nice time! The house is in a great area, it’s clean, updated, the perfect size! We loved all of it but so enjoyed the top balcony with the view of the Beach & Ocean! We can not wait to go back and stay here again!

Perfect in Every Way!

The house was very comfortable and immaculate. It had everything we needed. The beds were great as well the linens. It was nice to have a full sized washer and dryer. We have vacationed on Oak Island for 32 years. Yours was one of the nicest places we've stayed. Hope your tenants enjoy the box of coffee pods we forgot!
