Enjoy the peaceful newly renovated 3 bedrooms cottage and 2 full spa bathrooms. The spacious living room with a large window refreshes the outside view. The kitchen with fully equipped with high-quality appliances and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. The house has 3 bedrooms with king and queen-sized beds, and an additional queen-sized sofa bed that can accommodate up to 6 people. There is a deck that wraps around the home with outside furniture for outdoor dining and or a family BBQ. A perfect location for an unforgettable experience getaway and relaxation!

The patio boasts an outdoor dining area and BBQ grill, making it ideal for celebrating small victories or savoring homemade burgers!

• SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES •
The home is equipped with security cameras located on the exterior of the property. There are NO cameras inside the home. There are smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit available. 

• OTHER AMENITIES •
The home comes with high-speed internet access, a hairdryer, a washer and dryer, a fire pit, board games, an iron, and Smart TVs for your streaming apps (Please use your own log-ins for Netflix, Hulu, etc., and make sure to log out of your account prior to check out).

Guest Access: The guest will have access to the whole property except for a locked closet and doors.
Our property management team (Elevate Properties) will be available for any concerns or questions you may have.

• HOUSE RULES •
PETS: This property is not pet-friendly. Unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards a deep cleaning of the property.

CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 10AM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.

SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or outdoor spaces including the balcony and terrace. There is a smoking fine of $300 if there is evidence of smoking inside the property.

NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 10PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

DAMAGES & LOSS: I would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss in the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise me of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

Cute cottage
This was a cute cottage that was roomier than it appears from the outside! The place is just beautiful; gorgeous bathrooms and cute bedrooms. My daughter and I stayed here for a few days over her April vacation since we are familiar with the general area (my parents have a place in the Sengekontacket community). Our only complaints would be that the beds were too firm for us and that there were quite a few ants (I know it’s spring and that’s typical for this time of year, but it may be time to think about spraying outside …). Overall, we had a great time when we were at the house; thank you for a fun stay!
