House with lake plot and own jetty on Skansholmen outside Nyköping | SE14018

Outside Nyköping is Skansholmen. You will get there in 10 minutes by rowing boat. You park the car on the mainland free of charge.
Cozy cottage right next to the lake. Functional kitchen dining area. Living room for cozy evenings. A smart TV is available for connection to your own network as the cottage has no Wifi. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. In the living room there is an extra bed that can be placed wherever you want to sleep. There is a travel cot for a child under 2 years who stays free of charge. Bathroom with separate toilet and washing machine.
Two lovely terraces. One with a roof where you have a view of the Baltic Sea and one at the front of the house where you can enjoy the sun. Large plot for play and ball games. There is a playhouse for the children with some toys.


To see and do Skansholmen and the surrounding area

If you want to take a boat trip, there are life jackets to borrow for both adults and children. You can fish from your own jetty by the cottage. There are plenty of pike to fish. Or why not take a little swim. The bottom is a bit muddy right here, but there are many other nice bathing spots nearby.
The house is close to the forest and nature and there are both mushrooms and berries to pick. In the harbor on the mainland there is both a restaurant and a café with an ice cream buffet, so why not sit down and look at all the nice boats while you enjoy the ice cream in the sunshine. Some evenings there are musical performances and there is a miniature golf course.

If you want to get to Nyköping, it is about 15 km by car. There are many nice castles to visit and several beautiful nature reserves nearby. Take the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful nature of Sörmland. An trip to Nyköping's house is recommended if you are interested in history. It is also possible to take a day trip to Stockholm if you want a lot of shopping and entertainment.

Final cleaning is not included so you need to clean the house before departure.
