Loved the proximity of the hotel to the Christmas Markets and cleanliness of the hotel. The pillows are so thin it almost makes sleeping unbearable.

This is the perfect place to stay during Christmas time. The hotel is mere steps from the Christmas Market and if you're lucky you could even have a view of the market from your room. Otherwise, this is also a great central location and everything is extremely walkable from this place.

You cannot be the location! Right outside the doors you will find the Christmas Market and Hauptmarkt! Well appointed hotel with underground parking a plus!

Finding the hotel from the nearest train station was easy enough, even with the Christmas markets in full swing on a very rainy day. Check in was simple, and quick. The elevator buttons were a bit finicky, but fine. Some labels for what floor was the lobby would have been good. We dropped our bags and headed right out to the market. When we returned a few hours later, we noticed that the bathroom was a bit dirty. There was either blood or feces on the wall next to the toilet. Once we noticed that, we started to notice other things not quite clean (desk, shelves, walls, sheets had stains). It was late, and we didn’t feel like messing around with calling anyone. If we were staying more than one night I would have called the front desk and asked them to fix it. The location was amazing for the Christmas market, the staff we interacted with were nice. The unclean condition of the room soured our thoughts on this hotel though.

Great hotel conveniently located right across the road from the Christmas Markets in the main town square. Clean and comfortable rooms, close to the train station, staff friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
