The location is good but not so impressed when I checking out and the lift not working. The reception doesn't seem willing to help. It was on the 1st floor though I told her if I do it myself they have to be responsible if I fall or anything. I still appreciate her help ultimately.

Decent budget hotel and close to Hauptbahnhof
The check-in experience was quite uncomfortable; once you got to the hotel, there was a notice to go a check in at another hotel. While the other hotel was only 500 meters away, it’s inconvenient to take your luggage and walk around. It would have been much easier if they had communicated this process of checkin ahead of time.

O quarto era de bom tamanho, o check in foi fácil e feito por conta própria devido ao horário que chegamos. É um localização muito boa dos pontos turísticos e também para quem chega de trem na estação principal, algo em torno de 10 minutos andando. O café da manhã foi um dos melhores que já tomei

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Garten im Hof hat ein schönes Ambiente, allerdings stört der Straßenlärm aufgrund des sehr schlecht schallisolierten Hoftores.
