Good hotel!
It’ a decent hotel for a couple though it’s a bit small if you plan to bring a kid along. Good service and clean, comfortable bed. Just keep in mind that the parking is limited and if you get one space from the hotel parking is that kind that use kind of elevator which you don’t have a free access all the time you want to get something from your car. Anyway it’s a nice hotel in general!

Great bargain; very friendly and helpful staff
Nice and clean hotel with excellent friendly staff. A range of nice restaurants in the area. Consider the south side of the station, which is much more lively and has more choices for shopping and eating out. Our room had a window to the north; great view of Mt. Fuji.

エレベーターが狭いタイプのものが1つしかなく階段も非常階段しかないため混み合う時間帯は待つことがある。 駐車場も立体駐車場があるが、入車、出庫の時　 停車できるところがないため、立て続けに利用者がいる時は荷物の卸入れやナビなどの準備に余裕がない。 スタッフは研修の人以外にもいたが、朝食の説明やパジャマの説明など案内が全くなかった。 泊まった部屋のトイレが壊れており、一晩中タンクに溜まる水の音が止まらず気になった。
