The lovely lady that checked us in could not have been any more helpful. She was very friendly and helpful. But I'm really sorry to say that some things with the room were a let down. I booked Deluxe Parkview King with spa The balcony did not look like it does in the picture. The garden was all overgrown with weeds it was a mess. The balcony furniture one chairs arm was complete broken and on the ground. The balcony itself was covered in garden rubbish. The bathroom had an exhaust fan installed but not connected. But again the lady that checked us in very pleasant. Would I stay there again I probably would.

Unfortunately wouldn’t stay here again, dirty room, mouldy shower, cutlery and crockery stained and needed to be re washed. Broken air con unit. Noisy area which felt unsafe, could hear a lot of unsavoury characters in the building, swearing and crying from neighbours.

For what you pay, Parkhaven is good bang for your buck. Clean, quiet accommodation in a good location close enough to town and ample space in the rooms.

Initial contact with office staff welcoming and helpful. Room OK, well set up with microwave, plates, cutlery etc. information folder not up to date with info on onsite Indian restaurant; maybe other areas as well. Shower good but bathroom overall a little tired with an extremely dirty ceiling fan cover.
