Hotel ist gefährlich, überall Verletzungsgefahr!!!!!
Wir haben das Hotel auf Grund der Kinder und der Bilder ausgewählt. Die versprochene Kinderanimation ist ein Witz. Die 2 jungen Damen die sich den ganzen Tag um die Animation kümmern sollen spielen lieber zu zweit Karten und kuscheln. Es gab keinen Tag wo das ausgewiesene Programm eingehalten wurde. Von 10-18:30 soll es durchgängig Spiele und co geben aber einzig das Poolvolleyball wurde umgesetzt. Dort will man seine Kinder nicht lassen. Das Resort ist groß aber total runtergekommen. Überall ist was kaputt. Es wirkt als würde es wegen ,, Kaputt und kein Geld zum restaurieren“ bald geschlossen werden. Die Preise an den Bars und in den Restaurants sind sehr teuer. Schade, aus dieser Anlage könnte man echt viel machen aber es wird runtergerockt. Die Bilder entsprechen überhaupt nicht der Realität. Weiterer Minispunkt: es gibt keinerlei Rampen oder Fahrstühle. Für Kinderwägen oder Rollstühle absolut nicht geeignet. Schön ist, dass es viele Pools gibt. Leider sind auch die in die Jahre gekommen. Heute fanden wir eine abgebrochene Fliese im Kinderpool. Absolut Verantwortungslos.
