Personally love this property because it was directly across from my daughter and 3mo other granddaughters home. Could walk right across the street. Close to Starbucks and Trader Joe’s. I loved that I was able to cook my own meals, had the kitchen with utensils and full fridge and cute dishwasher. Staff were excellent knew me by first name. ONLY thing was the lateness of the free breakfast times. She was about 15mins late from when breakfast was suppose to of been open. (6:30am but was around 6:50am) happened 2 of the 4 nights I was there .Was very comfortable and nice big rooms (King suite) Will be staying here from now on!

Ran out of food
Poor quality breakfast on day 1. Day 2, they ran out of food. There was a minimum of 30 minutes left of breakfast time. We had to go elsewhere & pay for breakfast. We cancelled the 3rd night, we were told we would only be charged for 2 nights. But they forgot to mention their strict cancellation policy & that their GM must approve it. We were denied our refund, we found out a few days after we checked out. Had they mentioned their strict cancellation policy, we would have stayed.

This place is very new and very clean! The only disappointment was breakfast. Breakfast ends at 9:30 but when I came down at 9 am, they were out of most of the hot food items and they weren’t replenishing anymore.

I was unable to stay at the hotel because I hurt my back. Neither the hotel nor hotels.com would let me change the reservation to a different date. I will certainly limit my use of hotels.com if they are this unaccomodating. .

New property clean and quiet. Surprised to be charged $15 to park in a huge empty parking lot. Breakfast was pathetic. Dry, hard eggs and cold breakfast sandwiches

Power Outage at home got me there. Will be back. It was outstanding. Was brand new. Lots of towels. It had been open only 2 days.
