Rooms clean ,can't complaint, the only thing is morning cleaning they opens your door, they can have some respect for some people who really wants to sleep onthe morning. They started cleaning at 7 am checking out is 11 come on.

When you book a kitchen unit one expects to be able to use it, but there was not so much as a plastic fork in the "kitchen." The man at the front desk said "we don't provide that," gesturing with a dismissive wave. The next morning the coffee machine in the "complimentary breakfast room" had a sign that said "out of order."

I wasn’t able to stay at the property they cancelled my reservation without any heads up because i arrived 5 minutes after 12 am. Didn’t know they close at 12 am My flight was delayed and all he said ( that’s not my concern. ) they didn’t even process a refund. I had to contact expedia in order to get my money back. I Won’t ever reserve there again.
