Poor communication, no tea, coffee or water in the room. Very limited breakfast, eggs only.
High price paid for little return apart from comfortable rooms.
Would not go there again.
Pleasantly surprised by hotel cleanliness but give staff a 10 out of 10. I had many requests and did not hear one 'No'. Everything worked in the room and room service was a big plus. The breakfast buffet was perfect with on demand omelettes as well as the restaurant food. The airport shuttle was free coming in but going out it is 10000 Ougiyas (25 euros). The returning fee was not disclosed on their site.
They did not show up at the airport to pick me which at 0130 am when they were clearly supposed to do so. It had cost me 52 USD. They did not want to drop me off at the time I wanted. The communication was impossible as no one spoke English. Had to use google translator. When checking out, they gave me a invoice of 2 nights cost when I had everything paid on hotels.com. They had no idea what is customer service and who is doing what in this hotel. I would never recommend such a place. Terrible service and total unreliable.
We made our reservations to Club Suite Room which has 1 large bed + 1 single bed.But there was not 1 single bed. We demanded from hotel 1 single bed but they did not provide it. Also, they did not reply our requests and there was not tourism behaviour. Hotel was awful, employees did not help us about whole details. Hotel manager did not call us back about this problem.
Do not go to Al Khaima City Center hotel, it is not a hotel exactly.
