The hotel was easy to find and close to many amenities. It is set in natural grounds and overall had a quiet and calm atmosphere which was perfect for us. Our room was nicely presented and clean. The breakfast was delicious.

The check in seemed to be over long, and I had to return to my car to insert a parking permit which was a pain. However, overall the room was good and comfortable, breakfast was very nice.

Handy for visiting university.

Pros: Close to uni and bus route
Tv did not work but staff responded immediately. They tried to fix it it but couldn't so moved us to another room. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Basic Hotel on the edge of the University

Pros: Clean
Cons: Night lighting
Location: Ideal for University
Used hotel as a base for a visit to Nottingham University. The hotel is situated right on the edge of jubilee campus, for those who don't know Nottingham University is split into 2 campuses about a mile apart and this is on the newer campus. Easy bus route into Nottingham city and handy for a basic and friendly pub which was handy as the hotel only does soup and rolls, no real restaurant. The hotel was basic and had no atmosphere but was clean and tidy. My main complain was it was badly lit at night maligning it almost impossible to find at night in the rain. We drove past it twice before noticing it.

I have a very good stay and nothing to complain.

All the facilities are fine. I had a nice room overlooking the lake and it was beautiful. All the room facilities are good
