Nice spacious room, very comfortable. Would’ve been nice if you informed customers that you have discounted parking before arrival when it’s too late.

Nice hotel in city centre

Lovely clean, comfortable rooms, right in the city centre. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Had booked a triple room but at short notice one of our party couldn't make it, so they reduced the cost of the room for us as they didn't have a twin free. Thought that was very decent of them. Would happily stay there again!

Good city hotel

Pros: Central
Location: Just around the corner from venue but also minutes to City Centre so for whatever your reason for visiting all was at hand
Using the hotel for one night as I was attending a gig in Nottingham. Friendly, straighforward, check-in, lovely clean and spacious room, really comfortable bed, lots of hot water for my bath and nice toiletries

price value

Hotel very clean,staff very friendly and helpful.The only down side is no car parking,you have to pay for multi storey car park which when your paying so much for the stay a bit of an insult as this increases the cost of your stay significantly. for this reason I would not stop here again would find somewhere with parking

Great Hotel!

I've stayed in Nottingham many times but this was my first time satying at this hotel.Very easy to get to as it is about 30 seconds walk from the tram which is great for rail links and is in the centre of town. The room was large clean and tidy, with a large sized bathrom too. Shower was powerful but a little noisy. The hotel it's self was quite, as was my room even though it overlooked a mainroad. View wasn't very good, as I was on the second floor, but not a major issue. Breakfast was nice and the breakfast room was large, airy and welcoming. Would def recommend!
