I was very disappointed when I stayed there. On the first day, I informed the check-in counter that my room's electric lights were blinking and dark. Unfortunately, the young boy who worked at the check-in counter replied that the solar energy system was normal. After sunset, there was no electric power and no lights. I tried to talk to the check-in counter about my difficult situation but they were off duty. Therefore, I lived in a horrible night with my friends.
The next day, I went to the check-in counter and informed my difficulty. However, the check-in counter's young boy replied with the same old answer. That was the solar system's energy reason. I was unhappy with his answer. I told him that it was a sunny day yesterday and today was a sunny day too. How come there was no electricity from the solar system energy. During that time, a supervisor heard about my difficulty. Then, she finally found someone to fix it. Finally, I got the lights on the next day.
The accommodation was an unpleasant experience for me, with no indoor toilet, cooking, and power socket. It had mosquitoes around my living and dusky.
Incredible experience sleeping at the wolf enclosure. We chose one of the two story units and are glad we did - they're in an area less accessible to those simply attending the drive-through park. the wolves did not disappoint: coming up close to the glass windows several times to check us out, and howled through the night right outside our open air balcony.

Very nice property. Washrooms, shower room and the kitchen pavilion was very clean and well maintained. The tipi we stayed on was nice but be prepared to bring your own beddings.
The chalet was beautiful. I loved watching the wolves from the window and balcony. A great experience with my family

New experiences
I didnt know you could have acces to a kitchen so if we go again: we will bring a cooler and cook on site.
Also there is a play room but pinpong ball is broken. No board games so that too we will bring.
We all love the Tipi Experience.
Employee are compétent and nice.
Even with the rain, we had a good time with the bear , wolves and tipi
Cabin description said private bathroom. It was an outhouse in the woods! No plumbing, just sawdust in the toilet. Also, there was no electricity, just a solar powered battery that had barely any charge since it was cloudy for a few days. Not even enough power to charge our phones. Lights were very dim. We only stayed one of the two nights that we booked, and got a hotel. Front desk was not helpful.
It's just an amazing experience. Deer approach the house, they can be fed and petted. It's so cute. The chalet was new, clean, and in excellent repair. I recommend
