Welcome to Magnolia Lake House! ** Newly renovated! **

Located just a short 4.8 miles north of Bryant Denny Stadium, and situated on a stunning private neighborhood lake. 1 canoe and 2 Kayaks are included! Available for bookings year-round! Pricing is set for 12.

Please be aware that pricing is set for 12 guests. The pricing will change if you exceed this number, and the system will not automatically calculate this for you. Reach out to management for an accurate quote if your guest count will exceed 12 guests. If you exceed this number, there will be an extra charge of $50 per person per night for each additional person.

The Outdoors & Lake:
Magnolia Lake House boosts stunning views of Northwood Lake - a private residential lake. You will find several places to enjoy the outdoors at Magnolia. There is a roof-top balcony covered by a gazebo off of the upstairs master bedroom with sweeping views of the lake. The back patio walks out to an old-fashioned, wood-burning smoker grill - perfect for grilling up a feast for tailgating or a family reunion! Gather in the shade of the magnolia tree and swing with a tall glass of sweet tea or quite possibly a glass of wine. Walk on down to the lake and enjoy Alabama native trees and shrubbery to the newly constructed boat dock. No swimming is allowed in the lake, but boating is (no motor boats). In the spring and summer, enjoy the southern sound of cicadas and bull frogs in the distance. Relaxation knows no end at Magnolia Lake House.

Family & Pet Friendly Amenities:
Magnolia Lake House caters to families! We have a pack-n-play & foldable highchair onsite for your use. We have plenty of board games and other fun activities to keep adults and children occupied for hours. Games: Foosball, giant Connect 4, and and AirHockey table.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Magnolia Lake House can sleep up to 21 people and has 3 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a TV and plenty of space to plug in your smart devices. There are 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms one bathroom downstairs.

Up to 6 vehicles are allowed at this property, upon written permission from Bama Vacation Rentals Management.
