I had a great experience here. Highly recommend if someone is staying for couple days. Parking was a bit of problem for me tho But it’s available and the staff is also nice and polite

The property is undergoing renovations which is why I gave it only 4 stars. Once it is complete it will be 5 stars. The staff are there when you need them. The view of the harbour from the balcony was magnificent. We will be staying there anytime we go there.

The location of the property is perfect. The whole area is quiet due to low season. The staff is great! The room is newly renovated with balcony. Few amenities in the room, such as no hanger to hang clothes! The ventilation was a bid noisy when using the heat mode.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Central location with a view of the bay. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. We had a small fridge and microwave in the room. The only thing missing was a tea/coffee maker. For the price a great place to stay.

Wonderful vacation
I went with my family there for the long weekend, it was amazing newly renovated rooms , beautiful view from the balcony and the weather was pleasant as well. Hasan the manager was outstanding very cooperative and helpful.

Staff was friendly and helpful. room was clean, completely renovated. The Inn was tidy in appearance. The Inn is in the process of finishing the renovation and overhaul of the whole property.

Stayed with family during thanks giving weekend. Newly renovated premium rooms are good but need some attention. Washroom hangers needed and soap holders. Overall good, no complains.

The staff was great at check in but the room was very lack luster. The duvets had no covers, the door did not seal and let in a lot of light (and bugs), the single panel curtains did not cover the sliding patio door and the only lighting was at the entrance by the door. The main area had no lights at all. The beds were comfy and the staff was kind but it was not worth the price we paid.

Could be an excellent venue with the following fixable changes . The property is under rennovations so keep this in mind. My room recently renovated but in the bathroom there should be a rack/hooks to hang up towels and facecloths. For safety there should be a rail on the bathtub wall. The entry door has a noticeable gap between the door and door frame from top to bottom. No closet but the hanging apparatus is greatly functional. TV couldn't be use. You needed a password or beyond my ability. Should be instructions for TV or just be able to turn it on and change channels easily. I don't know why instructions were needed for a lockbox. There is no lockbox. Didn't get any instructions until on the day for key possession. Easily could be given at reservation because all you do is phone the manager and he will greet you with the keys. Great if there was someone at all times in the office but maybe at end of season it wasn't feasible. The handrail going up the stairs and down I felt unsafe because a full grip wasn't possible on this wide rail. Needs to be narrower with wood hanging over to have a full grip. Too, need to be shown on online info for the premium room with the balcony there will be stairs to climb. In advertising should indicate frig and microwave are provided which is a plus. The food venues are limited. Too advertise that close by you can go to the harbor and take the cruises plus from the hotel site you can view the boats and Georgian Bay.

Major parts need renovating. Only access to room. No other amenities. Our room was renovated but needed to still replace gross bathtub. More towels were needed for 2 people for 2 days. Outside needed landscaping. But view of harbour from room deck was spectacular
