The owners did a great job with the renovation of this condo. They thought of everything down to the smallest details and were very accommodating. The other owners were friendly and welcoming. I was very impressed with the complex; 2 very well maintained pools, a laundry room and a grass field opening in the back. My daughters and young grandkids stayed a block away in a townhome so the condo was a nice getaway from the occasional chaos.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 - mom, dad and 2 boys ages 11 and 8. Kids loved the heated pool right down the stairs from the unit. Easy 5 min. walk to the boardwalk. Nicely updated unit with comfy memory foam beds, walk in shower and quartz countertops. Had everything we needed to cook any meal. Our 8 year old claimed the couch turned bed and slept great on it. Other people at the complex were very friendly. Parking spot is within steps from the stairs and we could see our car from the condo.

Nice updated beach condo. Modern design. New appliances. Bath room is great. Beds are comfortable (memory foam or something). There were games for rainy days in the bedroom. And a tv with steaming services included. There were no towels though but prolly a mistake during the last cleaning service. Overall great experience, would stay here again.

GREAT FAMILY VACATION!
Riccardo and Christina's condo is the perfect vacation spot. Our family was blown away by how awesome this location is. The heated pool on your side is fantastic after a day on the beach. Our 3 year old daughter loved the mermaid details inside your unit. The beds were very comfortable, the best sleep I've ever had over many years staying in North Wildwood. I was very surprised how quiet it was inside as well. Thank you for supplying us with so many linens and extras that made our vacation easy. If your familiar with this area it's a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. ( A little secret ) you can use the water park which brings you directly down to the beach. Roxy's is next door to grab ice everyday and very close to many favorite spots to eat including salty mermaid. This unit has the best parking spot in my opinion to access your vehicle and beach stuff if needed. The condo association seems on top of things they were checking the pool every and cleaning outside every morning which shows the cleanliness of the property. There was no parties or younger kids going crazy at night and everyone was super friendy. I hope we are able to rent again in the future thank you for such great hospitality! Amazing!!
This property was just perfect for out family of 4. It was beautiful and clean, but the best part was how close it was to EVERYTHING!! The host responded very quickly with any questions I had about the area and activities going on the weekend we booked. Can't wait to visit again. Would love to make this an annual trip ;)
