Everything is new. On boardwalk. Nice patio overlooking the boardwalk with comfortable padded furniture. Nice pool. Everyone seems pleasant and willing to help with anything you might need. I will definitely stay again. I checked in about 3 hours early

We booked a suite room for 3 adults and 2 kids and everything was comfy, clean and pretty nice looking. The hotel employees were helpful and treated us well. This hotel is maybe 4 or 5 min walk to the beach. Best location to stay. My only issue was the pool, it was dirty so nobody was ever in it sadly. Pet friendly with a fee but very thankful because I took my chihuahua with me without any problems. Definitely will consider for my next stay.

Super nice!

Only inconveniences, no elevator and $20 per day for parking unless you find a spot at the street, also pool was small but cute and clean. Besides that, super nice, super clean and comfortable and right at the boardwalk! Loved the rooftop and view from it. So relaxing! Mini fridge and microwave in the room, no coffee maker though but DD right next to it. Also best spanish food and great service at the Papelon Restaurant, also steps away! Just book it!

I felt like i was scamed. I thought i booked ocean view. The people in office said i was confused its the name of hotel cabana ocean front. Okay walked around property there are 5 rooms in front on deck with ocean view also side rooms with some ocean view. The room we got was inside and all you could see was a wall. I really felt like i was lied to or scammed.

The staff was very friendly and the place was clean, nice and convenient. They advertise themselves as a pet friendly hotel, however, they do not clarify their pet friendly terms on their website. We checked in to be told that one of us would have to be in the room with our 10 lb Chihuahua at all times. That is an unreasonable request when you are at the shore to enjoy the outside and the establishments down there such as restaurants that do not accept pets. Also, they wanted to charge us $20. per night to park our car in their empty parking lot. This too is an unreasonable request. We parked out on the street for free as it was off season.

Adorable with fabulous A/C AND ceiling fan

The theme was cute, great A/C, comfy beds, clean space, TEENY bathroom, but great sized room (we had the two fulls and a hide-a-bed). No coffee, no juice or breakfast. Fine for me. Husband-not so much. LOTS of stairs. No elevator we saw. Pain getting suitcases upstairs. Never had been to Jersey Shore, but had fun, even in the of season when it was cold/breezy/sprinkling. Were meeting extended family who had the King Size bed in apparently a TINY room, but didn't see it personally. So keepers were super friendly on the boardwalk and we got to walk a few miles to work off our trip goodies. As recommended, also stopped for a Taylor Pork Roll and Douglass taffy. Yum! Owens pub for lunch- Great Daily specials. A surprise goody bag was a delight at checkin, parking was WEIRD. Whole bottom level of hotel is parking slots - only 4 taken. Had to display parking board on dash and pay $20 fee. This was expected but frustrating. Would stay again. Hopefully when Glow-in-the-dark mini golf is open!

Only issue was the surprise extra charge for parking. They had their own lot, so it’s just a sneaky bump in the cost. I would have rather paid $20 more for the room rhan getting slapped with the fee when checking in at the front desk.

Needs updating and a good cleaning

Needs major work. Everything is dirty and falling apart. I don’t believe the room has been truly cleaned in years. Tons of water damage on the walls and things were spongy but they just painted over them. Parking is assigned and very small but still expensive.

Nice little hotel

Nice little hotel. The rooms have been renovated. Great location. I encountered only two issues. First, parking is a pain. The spots are small and too close together. Second, the bathroom was too small and uncomfortable. The toilet seat was 2 inches from the sink. Avoid room 124 if you are not petite.

Needs much improvement

The checkin process was good, but all downhill after that. There is no handicap parking and we requested an accessible room and the room was far from what we expected. We probably would not have complained if not for the narrow bathroom and you had to leave the shower door open to sit on the toilet. Actually had to walk sideways to get to the toilet. The front door had a huge gap at the bottom and you could actually see the outside. When we called the front desk a worker came and looked, shrugged and left. We stuffed a bath towel there. We also spotted 2 roaches. One outside and one in the room before we left. If not for having to catch the ferry, we would have left much sooner. Charged $20 per day to park too. Will not return.
