Property had great view of the water on a small balcony. Pretty weather worn but adequate. Room had adequate amenities but no elevator to second floor so used outdoor stairs. Beds were small and not comfortable for two people. So it may say sleeps 4 but not comfortably for 4 adults.

Property is waterfront, which is beautiful. Room was immaculate, had fridge and microwave. Convenient shuttle to Provincetown and a restaurant on site where we enjoyed dinner twice. Also have an indoor pool and hot tub but we just didn't have the time to use it. If I make it to the cape again, would definitely return.

Hotel is in allright condition. Indoor pool and spa much appreciated. Good maid service. Waitress at the restaurant very friendly and food was good. Moderately priced at that time of the year.

Location was great, staff was very friendly. The hot tub, pool and fitness center were great on a very rainy day. The beach access and views were definitely a highlight. Overall, I would definitely stay there again. I didn't give 5 stars for 3 reasons - 1) there were small staples sticking up on the edge of the carpet, where it connected to the tile in the kitchen and bathroom area, 2) there was no coffee provided in the room. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee. Finally, although my GF breakfast was good, by husband and son reported that their breakfast was disappointing (eggs benedict). We ended up walking down the street to the market.

Nice view of the ocean breakfast restaurant was very good room was clean staff was very friendly ( even when I lost one of our room keys there was no problem very understanding ) all in all a nice stay !

I stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage with my Mom and 10 and 12 year old sons. We had a spectacular time! The kids loved the pool house and outdoor games. We walked on the beach every evening and drove to Provincetown for whale watching and dune tours. The facilities are kept impeccably and the restaurant was convenient and delicious! We can’t wait to go back!
