The Space:
Up in the hills of Truro, the salt air mixes with the peace and quiet of the Upper Cape. Welcome to Pond Village. Stroll up the brick pathway and step up onto the home’s stunning wrap-around Farmers porch. Push open the sea-foam blue front door, and enter into the open concept dining room and kitchen. Through the kitchen, an absolutely gorgeous living room awaits, with vaulted ceilings with natural shiplap wood, reaching two stories above your head with an opening to the second floor looking down from above. Upstairs, enjoy a late night chat or catch up on some reading in the additional seating area just off the stairs, or stroll around to the opposite side of the second floor where you’ll find an office tucked away, as well as access to the second floor balcony with peek-a-boo views of Cape Cod Bay. Also upstairs, an incredible bathroom suite offers privacy to soak in the iron-claw tub, or rinse off in the separate shower while soaked in natural light from the skylight overhead. Your jaw will drop when you head downstairs to the finished ground floor, where you’ll find the vintage bar awaiting your cocktail creations, and the large sectional and TV just passed the ping pong table, complete with surround sound and mood lighting for an evening movie. Further into the ground floor, you'll find a three-sided air hockey table, plus additional seating, all with the sound system running throughout so you don't miss a second of the movie action, even when away from the TV.

On both sides of the living room you'll find the sleeping quarters of the home. The primary suite is down some stairs on the right side of the home, where the Asian inspired art adorns the walls as natural light floods in from the large skylight and the French doors on two sides of the room. Stepping through either of the French doors allows you to enjoy your own private back deck, as well as an outdoor shower. On the opposite side of the primary suite, you'll find the spacious en suite bathroom, complete with tub/shower combo and French doors. On the other side of the living room, the remaining two bedrooms can be found. Both bedrooms have access to the wraparound porch, as well as natural light flooding in through the skylight in the vaulted ceilings.

Outdoors, the fun continues! Hopping off of the wrap-around porch to the backyard, you'll feel like you're on the grounds of a French Villa, as the sprawling backyard and back patio with large outdoor dining table welcome you in.
