New homeowners have taken the best features of this beautiful home and upgraded them for maximum comfort. Surrounded by mature palms and Casuarina trees on a half-acre lot, Blue Moon offers peaceful relaxation on a sandy beachfront perfect for couples, honeymooners, and small families alike.

Located next door to Ocean Frontiers, one of the Caribbean's world-class dive centers, this villa is a great fit for SCUBA Diving enthusiasts looking for a private villa within walking distance to a 5-star PADI training facility complete with an on-site restaurant and training pool. Two additional restaurants and casual roadside jerk barbeque spots are within a short walk of the home.

Blue Moon's white sandy beachfront is reef-protected making for excellent snorkeling and kayaking. Explore a vibrant underwater world just steps off your backyard! Although the water is usually clear, water shoes are highly recommended for foot protection. Two single kayaks and two bicycles are provided for use during your stay.

The villa's interiors feature an oceanfront living room with multiple windows flooding the home with natural light and panoramic ocean views. The open living room allows guests to become one with the ocean while providing all the comforts of home.

Sofa seating plus a 60-inch Smart TV with cable programming and a soundbar will keep you entertained after a day of fun under the sun. Equipped with superfast fiber internet speeds guests can stream their favorite movies and music with ease.

The home's two queen suites are located on the upper level and sleep four guests comfortably. The primary suite includes a safe for storing valuables.

A formal dining table sits off the kitchen with seating for 4-6 guests, along with an alfresco dining table on the covered oceanfront patio. Do not miss the golden hour to view spectacular sunsets from the beach or on the ocean patio.

Restaurants within walking distance include Eagle Ray's next door and La Casita across the street. Tukka East, The Italian Kitchen, and dining options at both the Wyndham Reef and Morritt's Resorts are a short drive away. For worry-free dinner service, Tukka East provides complimentary door-to-door shuttle service for a night out of surf and turf—dinner reservations are recommended.

***Villa Cleaning & Sanitation***

***Beach Notes***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Queen owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, that the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to weather. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.

***Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.

Should sargassum be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation. We try our best to work around Mother Nature.
