North Port, FL is a great place to rent due to its close proximity to beautiful beaches, exciting outdoor activities, and an abundance of local restaurants and shopping. The city also has two professional baseball teams, the Gulf Coast League Phillies and the Gulf Coast League Rays. These teams offer fans in the area a chance to watch exciting live baseball games throughout the summer. Furthermore, the city is located close to larger cities like Sarasota and Charlotte County, providing easy access to other attractions and entertainment. Venice beach and Siesta Key Beach- rated as the best beach in the USA- are close by.

Please note that we provide 2 dishwasher pods, 2 washing machine pods, dishrags, dish towels, and a roll of paper towels. There should not be any food items left behind. There is a complimentary sample of soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom. Any other products such as scrubbing brushes or pads, or household cleaning products must be purchased by you. There is a Walmart in close proximity to the house. Thanks!
