The Millers Cottage

One of Narooma’s original cottages. Built in 1907 for the local saw miller.

This is a unique accommodation for Narooma and there are special touches everywhere to ensure you enjoy a relaxed and luxurious stay.

Wifi, smart tv and Bluetooth speakers give you modern conveniences with the charm of a 1907 timber cottage.

The floorboards throughout the upper story are original and the kitchen has been built onto a now completely closed in veranda that opens up to the lounge and living area.

The lounge room is open to the kitchen dining and houses the huge wood fire as well as an array of indoor plants making this space feel like home the instant you step inside. With plenty of interesting art that has been collected over the years and plush fabrics the living space has a luxe, quirky and designer vibe.
Enjoy a tipple on us as you relax on the sofa and listen to your favorite tunes.

The kitchen is beautiful but rustic housing an original La Pavoni Italian coffee lever machine that makes the BEST coffee. There is always plenty of ice in the freezer for your G & T and we provide milk, basic cooking needs and some local goodies if you’re staying 3 nights or more.

The downstairs parents bedroom feels like a serene and intimate oasis with original exposed beam, low ceiling and Queen sized bed for couples or a single who likes space and peace. This room is a calm French green with white shutter blinds and carpet. There is a bathroom/laundry downstairs with a separate toilet.

The beds are super comfy and the downstairs bedroom has divine linen sheets for that extra touch of luxe.

The first bedroom is enormous with a high ceiling, linen curtains, rich porters paint on the walls and a double and single bed to house a couple or the kids. There is enough space in here for the kids to play while you enjoy the lounge area.

A small claw foot bath and a separate shower graces the main bathroom with copper tap ware.

The cottage is set on 1000 square meters, an enormous block with plenty of open space for picnics, kids play and pet exercise. (Unfenced)

A 5 minute walk from the cottage you can literally dive into the stunning Wagonga inlet. Another 5 minutes and your in the middle of town, an easy walk in and out to the shops. Narooma holds an exceptional array of restaurants, cafes and pubs!

The beach is also a 5-10 minute walk along the boardwalk, leading you to our famous Bar netted beach and Bar surf beach.

Kids and dogs welcome although we don’t have fences. There is a small fenced area in the yard that used to house our chickens that would work for short term runs.
