Wouldn’t stay here again
This was our 10th stay at Tidemaster since 2017, and this was the worst room and condition of the building we have ever seen. We arrived and one of the elevators wasn’t working, one stairwell wouldn’t open, trash and unfinished drywall work in the stairwells, the clean off hoses didn’t have nozzles that would control the spraying, and gate was broken to the secure parking lot. As for the room, the air conditioning was completely off (it was 80 degrees in the room, the patio furniture was in the middle of the living room, sand was everywhere, stained blankets on the bed, and dust and sand all over the furniture. The rental company offered to send additional cleaners, but that would have added an additional inconvenience and frustration to our vacation.After long discussions with the rental company, we were told our cleaning fee would be refunded, but we have yet to see the refund back to our account.We will not use this room or Elliott Beach Rentals again.

Don't Let the Pictures Fool You.
This place is a far cry from the pictures. Several things of note...First of all the place is rough. Needs a lot of TLC. The furniture is dirty and there was a slight smell of smoke to the room. The sliding door to the balcony was a pain. So hard to open and close. Needs a good lubrication or maintenance check. Be ready to shower in several inches of water. The drain in the tub was very slow. Finally the bed... No way it is a queen size. We took some measurements and it was closer to a full than a queen. The queen sheets we put on were extremely loose fitting. Just a reminder to read the fine print. You will need supplies for everything in this unit. Cleaning supplies, trash bags, all paper products, dish towel, shower mat etc... However, good location, nice pool and good parking across the street.
