Beautiful sunrises from balcony
Condo was perfect and loved the beach decor. Everything we needed to prepare our meals was provided. Enjoyed every sunrise from the balcony & loved the high top table and chairs. Parking garage was a plus instead of car being in hot parking lot all day, elevators ran quickly and grounds staff were always friendly and smiling. Hot tub was huge, pools were always clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice beachfront property
All was as advertised but the furniture has been well used. Beds and couches need updating. Location is great, close to town center of activities, restaurants, etc. Appliances are all in good shape and 4 elevators are great given the 18 floors in the building. 5 pools plus the beach should keep all water lovers happy! We would stay again!

Overall we had a great stay. The location is great and walkable to many shops and restaurants. The room was a bit dated but worked well for our trip. Had to go to the office multiple times to check in and check out. Would recommend this condo.

July 2024 family vacation
This unit was comfortable, had easy access to the elevator and parking, and to the pools and lazy river as well as to the beach. The living area and second bedroom were a little more spacious than the condos at Sea Watch , Bay Watch, and several other large oceanfront resorts. The light under the microwave oven, which lights the stove below, was burned out, so we called the property manager North Beach Rentals. They sent over a maintenance man who removed the filter and the bulb, but while we were staying there, he didn't replace either one. Other than that, everything seemed to work well. below it was burned out so we calledsounits.

A Coastal Refuge
The condo was clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated in calm colors and tasteful coastal decor. The balcony furniture was comfortable, and the view - breathtaking. Everything we used worked well, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, and the washer and dryer helped us pack lighter and have our clothing washed so we could just unpack when we arrived home. We never had a problem with parking or the elevator. Having the parking garage attached to the front of the building made loading and unloading the vehicle a breeze! It rained one day and we stayed in and binged watched Netflix and ordered pizza from Hungry Howies (found the number in the living room.). They delivered our food promptly and it was quite good! This was our second stay at The Ashworth and we will likely return!

Overall, quite pleased with everything. Communication with realty company was excellent, check-in was efficient and easy, and condo was spacious and nicely furnished. Only complaint we had was that the mattress in the 2nd bedroom needs replacing. We would definitely reserve this unit again. Very positive experience.

One of the best places I have stayed!
9th floor with a great view located right next to North Myrtle major shopping zones. The rental was clean and well kept. The property only has ocean front rooms with an attached 6 floor parking garage. It is located in a quieter part of North Myrtle, but close to everything. The rental has a two person soaking bath tub. The building has 4 central elevators which makes for easy in and out from the location. The bed was comfortable. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay!

This place was perfect for us. We wanted a small place because it was just the 2 of us. We think the location is perfect - downtown OD...clean, furniture in good shape, well equipped kitchen. It could use some freshening....paint, curtains, etc, but its still a nice place. Would love to be able to have our Shih Tzu but we understand. Hope to be back later

Great location and unit was nice. Great morning coffee views from the balcony. Parking garage attached to the building was a plus in our opinion. After talking with people staying at other places some of them had parking garages across the street. Only negative was no beach towels. It wasn't a huge deal though we walk across the street and snagged some for cheap. We had a great stay and would definitely rent again.

Enjoyed our short stay w/family. However, owner is wasting money on cleaning. I took pics of what i noticed, was annoyed & disgusted w/it, especially b/c many other ppl stay here. Also, disappointed in the quality of bath & kitchen linens. We got by w/1 kitchen towel. Others places we have stayed provided more essentials. Essentials here were absolute bare minimum. Moving forward, mgmt co should specify what guests should bring w/them for a better experience.

Great Place to Stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to revisit. The unit was clean and nicely furnished with a great balcony and view. The primary bedroom mattress was probably one of the best I've experienced in a vacation/condo rental in a very long time. Also, the A/C kept up while the days were scorching hot and the water temp (hot) and pressure was perfect! I'm always super focused on the amenities and this unit definitely surpassed my expectations. The walkways to the beach and pool area were always clean and easy to move around. Lastly, this location is wonderful - it's much more quiet than MB but within walking distance to great restaurants.

Wonderful experience!
Me, my son and daughter and her 2 kids stayed for a weekend. The condo was beautiful. Views of the beach and ocean were wonderful and the dual access to the deck from both the living room and master suite were very nice. The master bath with large walk in shower and separate soaker tub , double vainity were so nice! Pools were great and not overcrowded. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

The condo was very clean and appointed well. The only issue was that one of the sinks primary bedroom doesn't drain well, but that's no big deal, we just shared the other sink. We had a great stay.

Fun with friends
We met our friends for a mini vacation to enjoy the many bands of SOS Spring Safari. The location was great for all of the venues we visited. We never moved our cars until check out! The condo was well equipped, nicely furnished, very clean and comfortable. We would definitely go back to this unit!
