Our guests, esp. families, LOVE Pineapple Palms - our 8 bedrooms/ 6 baths beach home!

When standing in front of the house you can see the ocean at the end of the street.

It is great for large family gatherings and because it is a duplex you get 2 kitchens, 2 washers, 2 dryers, 2 king suites, 4 queen bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds, 2 daybeds and plenty of space to spread out. Staircases are exterior and upstairs & downstairs have separate locks for the added privacy that you may want.

So many comment that they love having two kitchens, especially at breakfast and lunchtime. You have enough space to make it more enjoyable for everyone.

You can grill out by the pool on the gas grill or sit in the rockers on the front porches and feel the ocean breeze.

There is high-speed internet service. The TVs in the living areas have 60-inch flat screens. There are brand new flat screens in all 8 bedrooms.
We provide sheets, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths, dish towels, etc...

We provide lots of baby items. There are 2 cribs, a toddler bed, 2 packnplays, 2 high chairs, baby swing, bouncy seat, baby bathtub, jumper, etc...It is located in the house in the Master BR closets.

We try to keep the kitchens well stocked with everything you will need. There are up-to-date new coffee makers (Keurig), tea kettle, toasters, stand mixer, blenders, pancake griddles, three crock pots, large pots, and pans. There are lots of dishes. There are can openers, wine openers, wine glasses, etc...There are baking dishes, cookies sheets, cake pans, muffin tins, mixing bowls, etc...

Each refrigerator has an ice maker with a cold water dispenser on the front . There are disposals and dishwashers.

There is a laundry room in each unit with an LG full-size front loading washer and dryer. There are ironing boards and irons in each unit too!

The large pool table upstairs is a popular place to gather for some extra fun on vacation! There is a Pac-Man video game, too! Who doesn't like Pac-Man!

The pool is very nice. It is heated during certain months of the year. In April, May, Sept., and Oct. the pool heater is turned on to keep the temperature between 85 and 87 degrees. In November - March, it's too cool in the evening to maintain the temperature so it is not heated in those months for this reason.

The location is so close to the popular attractions. Barefoot Landing is 3 miles away, the Tanger Outlets are 5 miles away and Broadway at the Beach is a 15 - 20-minute ride.

We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our family of 14. This included 8 adults, three 11 year olds, a 7 year old, a 2 year old and an infant. The place was big enough for everyone to have personal space but allowed us to eat our meals all together as a family. The pool was amazing! The in-pool seating was great. The patio had enough seating for everyone. The sleep arrangements were great too. The walk to the beach was not far so we could go for a few hours and come back to the house for lunch! Overall it was perfect for our family!

Great family gathering place
I had my Destination wedding in North Myrtle Beach Oct 21. My side of the family stayed in these beautiful, 2 story house with pool for 2 nights. Great amenities. Love the modern open kitchen dining living room floor plan. There are ceiling fans in every room and the checkers game table, the pool table and Pac-Man were really fun things to do. The pool table was a great table, even in all sides - true roll. Communication is easier if it’s directly to the hosts. Vrbo communication was not working. Something was wrong with their site. Site not easy to use. Otherwise, we had a great time! And will book this place for gatherings again.

Wonderful Family Vacation
Our family included 11 adults and 2 children. The house was a quick walk to the beach. The house had plenty of beach towels and chairs, including a wagon for the beach. After being at the beach, we enjoyed the heated pool surrounded by privacy, while the children napped. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs, and plenty of towels for the week. The cribs were a bonus allowing our kids to fly rather than drive. We would highly recommend this home.

Great Family Vacation
This house could not have been any better for the accommodations we needed for our family vacation. We had adults and little ones and we had everything we needed. We used the baby cribs, high chairs and huge dining room table everyday. The bedrooms were good size and every family unit had their own bathroom which was a huge bonus. The walk to the beach was easy and the white sand was great for the kids. The pool called our names everyday for swimming and for relaxing with a drink in the evening. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone with a large family and little children. Thank you Dave and Maureen for a lovely place to stay!

Five Star Rental
Six couples (age 60 and up) take a trip each year, this year we chose North Myrtle Beach and Pineapple Palms. What a beautiful home and so well stocked, the owners were quick to respond to the small issues we had. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting NMB, quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beach.

There were issues with the property. The two biggest issues was the amount of insects inside and right outside the home. I realize we were in South Carolina but I have never had to run through palmettos falling on steps into our residence in the past. Several of my guests noticed palmettos inside the home there were ants on the second floor on the counters, TVs were constantly buffering in many of the bedrooms. The bathrooms were fine, but could use better small area rugs the ones that were present were old and thin. The staircase are in need of a paint job, and there was a panel that was coming off the pillar I believe that it was an electrical box for the pool area. The outside shower was dirty and loaded with debris and old beach toys. It made the pool shower area unusable for the first two days. We notified the owner, and that issue was resolved. We have been going to the Outer Banks area for over 10 years for a family vacation. I am providing this feedback because I think all of these issues are correctable.

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay at Pineapple Palm. Cleanest rental we've ever stayed at. First time we didn't have to clean anything prior to feeling comfortable using the property. Well done housekeeping! The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for all 13 of us. It was wonderful not having to pack our own beach chairs as there were plenty available for us to use at the house. Thank you for the stay.

Great house walking distance to beach
This house was spacious and super cute with the pineapple theme. Reasonable and Super Nice backyard and pool. It was stocked with everything you could think of. Close to many attractions. Owners were very nice. We walked to the beach with the children everyday. Very close walk. They even had wagons to haul everything to beach along with beach toys. Definitely recommend this property! Our family had the best time!
