I'm looking for guests that:
-Will take care of my condo and treat it like their own/
-Will not cause damage
-Will not attempt to bring too many guests
-Reserving guest must be at least 25
-Non-smokers (unit is monitored by a smart smoke detection system)
-No pets
If you are looking for a condo and adventure and you are a guest that fits the above description you must look no further. My condo is meticulously-clean and well stocked with all vacation essentials and necessities that a guest normally wants. Our resort has 7 hot tubs, 2 lazy rivers (both outdoor and indoor), 3 indoor pools (heated), 3 outdoor pools, 3 children's pools (indoor/outdoor heated), 3 on-site restaurants with an oceanfront tiki bar and grill. This is a private rental which means you are booking with me, the owner (Azzurra Beachfront Properties). I'll give you a door code and on your vacation day, you can skip the front desk line/frustration and just let yourself into the condo using your code on the keypad. No one will enter the condo during your vacation so it's more relaxing for you (no pre-maid cleaning, no leaving the room when you think cleaners are coming, no hiding your valuables or worrying about it) and for your safety front door common area is monitored by Azzurra Beachfront Properties so you can be at ease during your beach time and fun in the sun.. leave the worrying up to us, we have your back! My condo has games, cards, cooking spices, nice towels and sheets, shampoo/conditioner, and lots of cookware, flatware, glasses, utensils, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and slow cooker. We have 2 nice flat screen TV's and good cable, free Wi-Fi and free parking in the parking garage.
Our condo is on the 10th floor in the third tower. Our unit allows you to see the sunrise front and center and our resort is one of just a few in North Myrtle Beach to offer an upfront front and close personal view of the beach. The 10th floor is wonderful because it's not too high that would disconnect you from the beach or feel nervous to be on the balcony but just high enough that you will have a stunning view of the ocean and beach with a private feel.
Our condo is well-cleaned before each guest and also everything is new.
Condo Managers are local so frequent quality checks are done before each guest arrives.
A Recap Of Amenities Offered At Baywatch Resort:
At Bay Watch resort we have a host of Amenities for you and your family to enjoy during your stay. Between buildings 1 and 3 there are a variety of 18 indoor and outdoor jacuzzies, lazy rivers, pools and kiddie pools . In the main building there is an on-site convenience/souvenir store to purchase all of your mementos, vacation essentials, including beach supplies, food items, and fun beach souvenirs. Grab a bite at one of the three on-site dining options offered at Bay Watch Resort. Enjoy a gorgeous ocean view at Bay Watch Café for breakfast and dinner or head to Sandtrap Sports Bar & Grill to catch the big game. If you are poolside head to Fishtails Beach Bar for refreshing drinks and seasonal music entertainment depending on resort schedule. To keep you with fresh clean clothing there is a coin operated laundry room on the ground level of buildings 1 and 3(change machine located in Sandtrap Sports Bar and Grill). For those looking to maintain their fitness routine visit building 1 for the fitness center on the ground level.

Additional House Rules & Optional Services Section

Please be aware Baywatch Resort HOA only allows one vehicle to be parked on-site. We can not issue more than one parking pass & parking of any additional vehicles will be guest responsibility.
All services are based on availability at that time and are only applicable upon guests request.
Below are additional house rules and services we offer in order to accommodate our guests. The Following will be applied under our house rules section and will also be considered house rules and by reserving this property guests agree to comply with these rules & service charges.
***If you require an early check-in please let us know as soon as possible. $50 fee for early check-in (2pm)& based on availability for that day.
At VRBO we offer solely the use of the property and all property amenities located on site. In order to help kick off your vacation we offer complimentary toiletries, soaps, shampoos as well as (2) beach chairs (2) beach towels and beach equipment which are ready for you upon arrival. This property is not all exclusive and all items are offered complimentary to you by the owner and we only supply what is present the day of check-in however we also offer the additional services to our guests.
~Restocking of linens, towels, shampoos and general toiletries during your stay, this does not include any additional cleaning of the condo.

~Bath towels & Beach Towels (only) other than what is in the property during check-in.
($50.00 per visit)
~Additional soaps, shampoos, toiletries etc. (soaps,shampoos,toiletries only) above what is in the property during check-in.

Any Special purchases requested by guest(s) of any items or amenities above what is offered at the property during check-in the reserving guest will be charged
(cost of that purchase plus a $50.00 service fee.)
Any Items left in the property by our guest(s) will be placed in our lost and found for safe keeping, if a guest requires us to mail their forgotten item to them a
($30.00 fee will be charged plus the cost of postage.)
Our Property is cleaned above CDC standards and multiple times a week, we pride ourselves on a strict clean reputation, we do employ checklists, visual inspection including video and photos which are taken before and after each and every reservation. If any guests requests any additional cleaning which is deemed to be non-essential upon inspection and not part of the CDC standard cleaning practices, guests will be charged $75.00 for service (this only pertains to the cleaning service request and does not include restocking of any amenities). If in the misfortunate event that we did miss a cleaning item we will be happy to correct the issue free of charge and urge our guest to contact us asap.
If a guest requires any additional services during a service visit above what was initially requested this will be considered an “additional charge” and an additional applicable charge will be added at the end of your stay.
All charges for any of the above services will be charged to the reservation after check-out and will be sent as a “additional charge” if guest does not satisfy the
Additional charge then a charge will be withdrawn from the reservations security deposit.
Resort Rules Section:
If property incurs any Homeowner Association fines resulting in violations of these or any rules during your stay from a reserving guest or anyone in the reservation party or anyone visiting anyone in the reservation party then fine will be withdrawn from reservations security deposit.
We ask our guests to honor all posted and non posted resort rules and if any fines are imposed against the property during your stay the specified fine will be deducted from guests security deposit. Noncompliance with any resort rules or noncompliance to requests from resort employees, security or property management, guests risk possible immediate cancellation of their reservation and must vacate the property immediately with no refund.
Resort rules are as follows:
~15 minute & Handicap parking rules are to be followed.
~No Smoking, drug use or vaping in or on any part of the property, this includes condo, balconies, hallways, common areas, parking lots/garage and pool deck.
~No pets of any kind.
~No Noise or nuisances permitted between 11pm to 7am.
~All pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, condo jacuzzi tub and any other water features or recreational facilities shall be used in a responsible/ respectful manner with all applicable rules and regulations. The behavior and safety of anyone under the age of 18 years of age shall remain the sole responsibility of their guardian or parent at all times and must be supervised at all times. All guests who use the above mentioned (condo jacuzzi tub, pools, jacuzzis, lazy rivers, water features or recreational facilities) use at their own risk.
In order to comply with any local fire codes, No Objects of any kind can be placed or stored in any of the walkways, beside the front door or in any common areas directly outside of the condo. This also includes any beach items, folding chairs, bath linens etc. (hallways are patrolled hourly)
