Family vacation
Our stay was wonderful. Nicely decorated and comfortable furniture and beds. A lot of space for 6 adults and 3 small kids. Comfortable outdoor furniture and a great outdoor table. Weather was cold but kids loved the indoor pool and hot tubs. Thanks for sharing your condo with our family.

The pictures does no justice. I have no complaints with this property. I'm actually ready to book again. The features in this unit was awesome. Soon as we walked in the door, it smelled so clean. Beautiful oceanfront view. The owners checked in periodically to make sure we had all we needed.

This resort is amazing and the unit is equally as impressive. The unit is close to the elevator, which was ideal for my parents who are older. The pools and staff were super nice. My only suggestion would be to add a keurig and update the mattress in the main bedroom. The mattress is 2 pushed together and the sheets don’t fit. It was very annoying. Over all it is a great unit.

Condo very nice, highly recommend. Some issues with pricing details where error made and experienced difficulty in getting someone to resolve it. Did get resolved prior to trip. The decor was very nice. Enjoyed the daily housekeeping with fresh towels and trash removal. Resort team quick response time with any questions.

We over all enjoyed our stay it was restful and a much needed time for relaxation and catching up with family from overseas. There were two issues that we had that we discussed with the owner. The checking in process was well spelled out in instructions so I went to desk and was told that I was in the wrong place and I needed to go down the street to another location to pick up my keys. The lady at the front desk did not check in the computer and refused to assist me. I went down the street I came back and was found. Spoke with another lady and she, found the reservations and we were able to check in after traveling such a long distance. More information should be told to the front desk to avoid this from happening to other guest in addition upon the last night at the residence the dryer did not work so we’re unable to dry clothes before leaving the location , other than that all things were fabulous and I would stay in the location once again and recommend it to other people to stay there also

This was our first stay at North Beach Resort and villas. We were so happy with our rental. Our family of 7 had plenty of room and the unit was just as advertised! Decorated beautifully, everything we needed in the kitchen and the host was easy to communicate with. This property is perfect, lots of pools and easy access to the beach! We hope to come back next year!

Lovely Family Retreat!

Affordable luxury
The facility is absolutely beautiful, as is the condo. Very clean and roomy. There are absolutely zero negatives about this rental. Don't hesitate. The check-in was the only hiccup. I paid half when booking but at check in they gave me a balance for the full amount. My heart dropped thinking I was scammed. Fortunately, another employee stepped in and resolved the situation.
