The Space:
This wonderful house is just a short walk across the street, to the sand, and is an amazing location for your whole family to enjoy one another. This home away from home is perfect for large families that want to spread out while enjoying everything the North Myrtle Beach and Grand Strand areas have to offer.
Wake up from a fantastic night's sleep in your private KING master suite and meet the sunrise over the gorgeous Atlantic ocean in this lovely renovated home away from home. This inviting, spacious, and comfortable vacation home will make you want to stay forever. Cook up a yummy breakfast in a well-equipped kitchen. The ample counter space will allow you to spread out and make something great!
Head outside to catch some sun and walk the boardwalk and sand path to your very own piece of the Atlantic Ocean. Make a family sandcastle on the wide, uncrowded beach while you watch the waves.
Later, you can head out to a great nearby restaurant for dinner or head back to cook something scrumptious in that terrific kitchen. If grilling is more your speed, we’ve got you covered with multiple charcoal grills in the backyard. Later on, take a romantic stroll on the beach or settle in on one of the comfy sofas with the family for a movie - don't forget the popcorn!

Q: 'Can I Check-In Early or Check-Out Late?'
A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, the arrival and departure times cannot be changed.
Q: 'Are there any hidden fees?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.
Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets included?'
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.
Q: 'Is parking included?'
A: YES - Parking is free for up to TWO CARS.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not included in the cleaning fee.
Q: 'Do you allow pets?'
A: MAYBE - We love pets and travel with our own when we can. However, there are rules. So, DOGS ARE ALLOWED WITH PRE-APPROVAL ONLY. PLEASE MESSAGE US WITH THE AGE AND TYPE OF DOG YOU WOULD LIKE TO BRING. Failure to obtain prior approval may result in us not being able to check you in, and the regular refund policy will still apply. A PET FEE OF $150 PER DOG PER STAY, UP TO TWO DOGS TOTAL, IS ALSO REQUIRED AND MUST BE COLLECTED PRIOR TO CHECK IN. Cats are not allowed. Please contact us for approval of your dog PRIOR TO BOOKING.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and house rules for more information about smoking.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along.

The Neighborhood:
If you need a break from the beach, try out one of the area’s many miniature golf courses, driving ranges, or check out one of the many 18-hole golf courses, including Azalea Sands, Beachwood, Tidewater, or one of the several fantastic Barefoot courses.
For a little “retail therapy”, take a walk around Boulineau’s, a stroll at Barefoot Landing, do some serious shopping at one of the two Tanger Outlets in the area, or head south to Broadway at the Beach, the Coastal Grand Mall or The Market Common. Don’t forget the Main Street area, where you can wander into one of the many beach shops.
Take in a show or concert at the nearby House of Blues, Alabama Theater, or Carolina Opry. At Legends In Concert, you just might see Elvis! For some entertaining dining, you can watch a joust at Medieval Times or hang out with pirates at Pirate’s Voyage.
At the fantastic nearby Barefoot Landing, you can find great places to eat, including LuLu’s, Flying Fish, Umberto’s, the awesome new Crooked Hammock Brewery, and many more. You can also do a little shopping at the many great boutiques, buy a ticket to Alligator Adventure, grab some awesome popcorn from Collette’s, or head next door to Barefoot Winery and enjoy some samples!
Barefoot Landing is great, but the Main Street area has it going on! With so many terrific restaurants to choose from and so many things to do, you will want to book your next year’s vacation before you head home!
If your sightseeing takes you south to Broadway at the Beach, you can feed a stingray at the fantastic Ripley’s Aquarium, take the kids on a carnival ride at the Pavillion Nostalgia Park, or check out Wonder Works for some educational fun. If you’re hungry, enjoy one of the many restaurant selections, including the famous Hard Rock, Wahlburger’s, Dave & Buster’s, or Margaritaville. Looking for a little nightlife? Grab daiquiri at Fat Tuesday’s, dance to your favorite music at one of the many clubs, join in the fun at Señor Frog’s, or request a song at Crocodile Rocks dueling piano bar - it’s so much fun!

If you are arriving with a car, you will be happy to know that there is free parking on-site. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, there are a lot of convenient, easily accessible transportation options in close proximity.

Please be aware that it is very busy during bike weeks, especially during Atlantic Beach Bike Fest, and the can lead to police managed traffic flows, a lot of traffic, and crowded conditions in the area. In addition, our busiest week is 4th of July week. While parking is ample, it is on a 1st come 1st served basis and you may need to park in overflow lots or on the street during the busiest times. There are 2 parking garages and 3 surface lots available for guests.
This unit is self-catering. Consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoo are provided as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up.
Amenities may be subject to closure/interruption without notice due to inclement weather, new restrictions, or other unforeseen issues as determined by the HOA, service providers, and building management. Food and beverage facilities run by the front desk are not accessible when renting privately. However, there are many food and beverage options very close, including a fantastic beach bar next door.
No refunds will be given for pool issues or malfunctions.
Non-recording decibel meters may be present inside each level. Exterior security cameras are present on the front and back decks facing out.
In case you are traveling in a larger group, we rent other condos in the building. Feel free to contact us at any time should you need to rent another condo.
