Welcome to Sun Seaker Cottage, the perfect family beach cottage with plenty of space for the whole family, even the furbabies (20lbs). Linens included (bed and bath).

This duplex allows for larger families to enjoy spending time together while utilizing both units (Sunrise- lower and Sunset- upper). This is a duplex rented as one. Each unit (1100sqft) has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living area and laundry. The two units have separate outside entrances and do not connect from the inside.

This home is your ideal beach vacation cottage. A beach rental for over 15 years, we acquired in June 2022 we made some improvements to keep all the old beach cottage charm with an updated appeal including fresh paint to brighten the space, comfy furniture to relax, new appliances and lots of love. Sun Seaker is a great space to create laughter, good meals and a lifetime memories.

Beachside retreat in North Myrtle Beach, best suited for families.

4 bedroom, 4 bath duplex (rent the entire home) private beach house located a few blocks from the ocean. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Walk to the beach, catch the beautiful sunrise.

Our beach cottage is a two story duplex with a bottom unit (Sunrise Suite) and a top unit (Sunset Suite). Each unit features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, separate eating and living areas and private entryways. This house provides tons of space for the entire family to vacation together.

Relax on the front porch, drink your coffee before catching the sunrise, enjoy your favorite beverage or pack a lunch and head down to the beach for an afternoon picnic.

This cozy cottage has flat Screen TV’s in every bedroom, small book collection, free Wi-Fi access, washer & dryer in each unit, golf cart parking and plenty of space for all to enjoy.

Sunrise Suite- Downstairs
This charming and comfortable space will be sure to recharge the soul. This unit has the Blush and Terracotta bedrooms. Each bedroom has two queen beds, flat screen TV's with streaming to your favorite channels and touch lamps with USB ports.

Sunset Suite- Upstairs
Breath it all in and breathe it all out, you have made it to relaxation station. Get settled in one of the two bedrooms Sunburst or the Sizzling sunset room- both providing two queen beds, flat screen TV's and all streaming channels and touch lamps with USB ports. .

A fully equipped kitchen, including NEW refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher in each unit. Large outside space to BBQ and entertain guests in the comfort of your home after a long day at the beach. If you don’t feel like cooking, that’s not a problem, you are centrally located for delivery.

Each unit has two bathrooms next to each bedroom which provides ideal privacy. The bathrooms are on the smaller side and we added some fun features including proximity light sensors and a touch light mirror.

Once you have your fill of the sunshine and refreshing water, head over to one of the many attractions that North Myrtle Beach supplies, including the famous Barefoot Landing!

- This property has a maximum parking allowance of four vehicles.

-We only allow the registered number of guests on the property.

- We only rent to guest 25 and up.

- Toiletries are not included. Please prepare to bring toilet paper/paper towels.

- Pets are welcome, however we do charge a $100 non-refundable fee* for the first pet and $50 for the second. 20lbs or smaller. Must agree to pet rules.

Once your reservation is received, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be sent. This must be filled out in its entirety with a government issued photo ID emailed within 24 hours of making the reservation and before receiving an electronic access code to the property.

Our neighborhood is safe and our property exclusive. For peace of mind we do have a Ring camera in the front of the house, by the top entrance door, bottom entrance door and back entrance ways.
