SOUTH TOWER CONDO

Crescent Shores unit 1009 South Tower is a two bedroom, two bathroom oceanfront vacation condo located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This condo is in the South tower. Crescent Shores has an oceanfront outdoor pool, indoor pool (heated during the winter), oceanfront lazy river, 2 oceanfront outdoor hot tubs, kiddie pool, and fitness room. There is an oceanfront sundeck equipped with relaxing lounge chairs. There are outdoor grills and a private beach access.

Crescent Shores 1009 has NEWLY decorated bedrooms, living room, dining area, and kitchen. This condo also features a Full washer/dryer, new fixtures, artwork, new ceiling fans, new dining table, new lamps and couches in living room with new flat screen TV on wall. There is a DVD player, and free WIFI. All rooms have had a fresh coat of paint on walls and all trim. There is ceramic tile is in the foyer, hallway, kitchen, and bathrooms. You can walk onto the oceanfront balcony from the spacious open living area. Kitchen is fully equipped and provides a Kureig and brewer is available. The master suite has a king bed, an attached bathroom with a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, Flat screen television, and balcony access. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds and a Flat screen television. The 2nd bathroom has a shower and tub combo. This vacation rental sleeps 8.

Just a short drive away are favorites of tourists and locals alike. Barefoot Landing is a in a shopping and dining setting where you can shop at some unique stores and have a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants there. Barefoot Landing is also the home of the Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Alligator Adventure, and the new Duplin Winery. Broadway at the Beach is also close by. Take a stroll along the walkways of shops and restaurants, feed the ducks and carp swimming in the lake, play a round of miniature golf, or catch a movie. There is so much to do! WonderWorks, Ripleys Aquarium, Hard Rock Cafe, Broadway Grand Prix, Hollywood Wax Museum, Myrtle Waves, and Legends in Concert are just a few other attractions to put on your list. Pirates Voyage is a great venue to have a meal and be entertained by pirates. Carolina Opry is another venue for a terrific show put on by some of the most talented entertainers!

We had stayed at crescent shores once before and loved the are and the building. This year our condo was perfect. Very clean upon arrival and the beds were comfortable . There were even a few things we didn’t expect like starter toilet paper , garbage bags and dish detergent . The elevators were also. Very quick. Overall a great week and check in and check out was very easy

We had a great time!! This condo was beautiful from top to bottom! It was clean and spacious and has a beautiful view of the ocean! The condo was well equipped with everything you could think of - I especially appreciated the hooks on the back of the bathroom doors for all our towels - that always seems to be on issue but not here. Check in was super easy and smooth! Location was perfect - plenty to do right in the area - 10 minute drive led to more fun places and 20 minute ride even more!! We were there during Debby and I contacted the vacation rental company because my mom is on oxygen and I was concerned about losing power. I spoke to Michelle and she was AMAZING- she listened to my concerns, was so kind and so helpful and put us at ease - I so appreciated her!!! I would absolutely stay here again!!

Excellent condo, clean, beautiful. Elevators were terrible.

The only issue is the elevators in the building and the parking garage. In the building, two of the three elevators would stop on a floor, and just sit there, it would not move. Some folks on the 18th floor, got stuck on floor 15, and had to take steps down with 2 small children. My husband got stuck in the parking garage on the 3rd floor for 32 minutes, before the fire department arrived to get him and other 8 people on there with him out.The door would not open. Needless to say, this was an inconvenience to everyone staying at the condos. Walking up steps to leave and return each time was terrible. The condo itself was perfect, we loved it! Clean and decorated beautifully. You could not ask for a more perfect condo.

Nice condo, nice location….not clean

Very disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the property. Horrible smell in the master bath from mold and mildew in the shower. Extreme amount of dust everywhere. Food crumbs under fitted sheet in 2nd bedroom. Kitchen utensils were not clean and had dried food on them. I did appreciate having pots and pans to cook with, but, some of them are scratched badly through the Teflon and need to be replaced. Also was not happy with the fact that the door to the condo had to be left open all day while we were gone because they were painting.

Place was great!

Bike week was ending. Crowds were concerning but we had no issues. Only complaint i could possibly have is the old, broken down couch. Clearly guests sleep on the couch. It needs to be replaced. Shower/water pressure and the endless amounts of hot water was truly impressive. Best shower I have had in 50 years! We might stay closer to restaurants and nightlife next ti.e but this was perfect for my husband, child, mother in law and myself.
