The Villa:
Our newly upgraded ocean front suite features hard flooring and a PRIVATE BALCONY with STUNNING OCEAN VIEWS. Our home is perfect for couples, friends, and solo travelers seeking an ICONIC VACATION IN MYRTLE BEACH!

We are a professional management company, and the homeowner lives in town and takes excellent care of her home. You can rest assured your vacation is in good hands!

With a separate bedroom featuring a king size bed, and also a full-size murphy bed in the living room this home is perfect for couples, a family, friends, snowbirds, and solo travelers. Enjoy a private oceanfront balcony with 180 degree views of the gorgeous Atlantic. There is balcony seating for sipping cold cocktail in the afternoon after a great day at the beach or a morning cup of coffee to get your day started in the most unbelievable way. Our suite is a desirable direct oceanfront condo and even features a fully stocked kitchenette with all dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils.

The Resort:
Bay Watch Resort truly has it all and offers something for everyone. From modern amenities and an expansive oceanfront pool oasis, this is a water lover’s paradise. Featuring a huge outdoor pool oasis, to endless on site amenities, this is a place not to be missed!

Guest Access:
**Important Information**
-We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
-This is a non-smoking condo.
-No pets allowed.
- Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
-This unit is located on the 15th floor of tower 3
-All indoor pools are open year round, unless unscheduled maintenance is needed
-Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
-Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
-No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA
-2 parking passes max and 4 pool bands provided in unit upon arrival.
-Keurig and drip coffee pots
-Daily housekeeping is not provided, coin operated laundry on first floor.
-Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

Policies:
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we bringing your own hot spot.

-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we recommend bringing your own hot spot.

Getting Around:
Top rated location and free parking on site.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.


1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

7. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
